We found Ross on Yelp and liked the reviews. You do have to make an appointment for theinitial phone but he answered right away. I told him a little about what we needed and scheduled a regular appointment. We waited until March 25th to do it since I was pretty sure we owed last year (due to circumstances I had to pull some money out of my retirement). Nope!!!! He was able to get a refund for us! We are so happy! If we went to H and R block like we have been we would have paid double the tax prepartion fee and owed. Truly wish we used him years ago, even if we got refunds I know he would of made it larger. We were able to write things off that H and R said we couldn't or wasn't worth it. What a fantastic experience! I created my Yelp account just to sing the praises of Ross. I recently used RH Tax Services to go over a number of past returns and I am overjoyed to have finally found someone I can trust. In the past I've used people that turned out to be shady. Or the companies that speed through your return because you're just another faceless number in the crowd. I never knew if I was getting the maximum amount of refund or if my return was truly being prepared properly. Finding an accountant you feel comfortable with is just like finding a doctor or mechanic you can trust. You need to feel like they honestly have your best interests at heart. Ross definitely does that for me. He walked me through everything and explained it so I knew exactly what was going on.
