You get dumped into a call center and have to reverify all of your information again, including insurance coverage, just to reschedule an appointment. AND they run your insurance again to make sure you're still eligible before they will reschedule an appointment. When the call hit 16 minutes with no resolution in sight I told the girl to cancel the appointment and I would find a PCP outside of the Baylor system. I don't want to talk to a call center. I want to speak to someone in the doctor's office and be able to reschedule an appointment in 5-7 minutes. Already sent my feedback to your patient relations team. They defended your process as necessary. Checking insurance again before rescheduling an appointment tells me exactly what Baylor's priorities are - money, not patient care.

This business was an "urgent care center" before the genre was even known as that, and it's very good in that regard. This clinic will work with you in any way they can in terms of insurance or payment upon services rendered, although it is important to note that they do not handle worker's comp patients. The waiting room is clean and well lit, and exam rooms are plentiful. They don't keep really late hours like a CareNow or the like, but if you can visit when they're open, I think you'll like the experience.

Dr. Khromachou was friendly and relatable, putting me at ease with steady conversation and humor. It seemed too smooth. But then he got serious and took a surprisingly detailed amount of measurements of my areas of concern, asking relevant and informative questions. He seemed to be taking careful notes. and really listening to my story. I spent quite an amount of time in his office - and this was probably almost the most I have spent in an exam. I left not wanting to get my hopes up, but later I found out his exam came back favorable. When I obtained a copy through the VA, I was blown away by how detailed his exam was. He reported his findings honestly and put a good amount of time into his write-up. He even suggested increases on other conditions that he discovered during his exam. Dr. Khromachou - five stars! An honest doctor with the veterans' well-being in mind. He is a true diamond in the rough and it was a genuine pleasure to be seen by him. It is too bad that the office overall doesn't provide the same level of service, hence my rating.

I have been coming to Dr. Nguyen for my dental needs since his office was in a house in Carrollton. This was before they offered vision and health services. When you drive up to the clinic, there is a sign that says call to be let in. Then someone will meet you at the door to take your temperature before letting you in. My teeth cleaning is usually done within 15-20 min of sitting in the dentist chair (longer if I need to take X-rays). No need time for small talk, the goal is to clean your teeth and get you on your way. Definitely no-nonsense here. Lol! They are open 7 days a week with convenient hours. The staff is friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend you check this place out if you are searching for a new GP, dentist or optometrist.
