After four hours of sitting under hair dye asle washed out the die what seemed very early just to add more die and highlighter on the top. Long story short once she cut my hair after the dye and blow dried it I asked her to put it straight like I normally wear it so I can actually see the color job. As I looked I expressed my dissatisfaction I could not tell any difference in my hair color from before to after. She promised to fix my hair in two weeks for free. After charging me full price.
