Also not revealed up front (not via the website or while making an appointment or upon arrival) was the fact that we would be charged $125 per hour for the consultation. Because we didn't hire them and the consultation fee couldn't be "built" into the final bill, we received an invoice for $190. We were charged a fee without our knowledge, plain and simple. Not the type of people I want to do business with.

The receptionist or the person that answered the phone asked me if I just want to ask him for free some questions or am I looking to hire him. I said both, I am having tenant issues in one of my SFH and I could use his consultation. She than told me that he is not taking on any new clients. Why did she ask me those questions in the first place if he is not taking on any new clients. It was her tone and she was unprofessional. I would never hire her to answer my phones!
