Kevin and Floyd are always up front, honest, and set realistic expectations in terms of time and cost. They have proven time and time again that they are a trustworthy shop that does the job right. I love that KG Performance is up-to-date with their technology. When you bring your car in, they will enter it into their system and send you an email with the results of the initial inspection. They will then send you another email with their recommendations, including a list of GOOD, BETTER, and BEST (OEM) replacements to help you budget. You can approve and pay for the maintenance right from the email, and you can even chat with the service manager if you have any questions. When the job is complete, you will receive an email notification that your car is ready for pickup. I love KG Performance and trust them with my Dodge 2500 diesel workhorse and my wife's Durango SRT8. I would even take my SRT to KG instead of the dealer. P.S.
