We love it here - my husband and I signed up for the web special back in November and are now well on our way to filling up first attendance card (75 classes)! Every work-out is super intense but so worth-while. It's a perfect combination of cardio and conditioning that really allows you to see yourself improve with every class - I even got a new muscle! I always knew that I theoretically had a tricep muscle, but now I wear it proudly! When we first started here my husband was often the only man in class, but since then the family has grown and every class has a diverse mix of men and women of all ages and fitness levels. I started taking classes in 2012 and have been obsessed ever since. I have lost 42 lbs and more than 10 inches from this program. The support is never lacking, either is the workout! Results are a sure thing! We do a lot of fun things inside and outside of class too. There are "party nights" and "DJ nights", it's awesome. I have met some of my best friends here.
