Just fyi. They are emailing paperwork beforehand to complete so that is nice. Be sure to put an email on file. They also do a text and phone reminder of appointments. You go in and check in. They are generally pretty prompt in getting you back. They are currently still taking a temp before taking you back. Dr Junker went through my medical history beforehand since i had not seen her. She seemed intuitive and asked a lot of good questions. She was very thorough. I appreciated the level of care. She also ran some bloodwork that hadn't been done before but she thought was good to check since i am vegan and have some autoimmune issues. I appreciated the thoroughness.

When I arrived for my visit the front desk collected my $125. Now *five* months later I get a bill for an additional $105!!! When I called to complain I was told that the $125 was only a "down payment"! And that their people were supposed to have informed me of this (they didn't). I was further told that they "can't do anything about it"... but they are sorry their staff didn't tell me that the $125 was only a down payment. They are outright lying. This is all a scheme to squeeze additional cash out of patients who have already paid. Whoever heard of a business that quotes a price for a service that is only a down payment? These people are sleazier than an unlicensed out-of-town roofing contractor after a hail storm. Stay away!!!!

after multiple attempts to schedule using online portal over the course of a month, I called the…read moreoffice to inquire about scheduling and was informed the online portal goes nowhere and nothing could be added to the page to indicate it's a waste of patient's time to schedule through UCHealth portal. instead of being helpful and scheduling necessary appointment, the receptionist was antagonistic and defensive. I would encourage patients to find alternate care with a provider who is transparent in scheduling practice and provides proper customer service training for their staff.

She herself is very nice, a good…read morelistener, and quite responsive to messages (though she is usually unwilling to do anything without an in-person appointment so she can get more money out of you). The office staff however, is another story. They refuse to do simple things like following up with insurance to get prior authorizations for medications they prescribed. I have one medication that was prescribed 2 months ago that they still haven't submitted the paperwork for. When I called to tell them that insurance still hadn't received the paperwork, and to ask that they send a new prescription to the pharmacy so I could buy it out of pocket (because I actually need the meds...) they intentionally hung up on me. Several weeks later, they sent me a letter in the mail saying they are dropping me as a patient. I guess they only take patients that don't require paperwork. I recognize that those of us with chronic illnesses are more work, but that doesn't mean we deserve to be dropped just because some of our medications require prior authorizations. Also, if you're considering David Ottolenghi (the other doctor at the practice) beware, he doesn't believe in vaccines... I sure wouldn't want a doctor who trusts politicians over science.

Great experience scheduling. Welcoming and kind front desk staff. Very clean facility. Being 1st…read morepatient of morning, the wait time was surprising. I was elated an IV was established on one attempt, but extremely painful with the slighted injection push. From there this turned into the worst MRI experience of my life. This was the first time I've ever been painfully uncomfortable with the positioning. My leg had to be "straight" to make sure foot was "flat" in the brace. A request for lumbar support, and to bend the knees to take pressure off the back was refused, but allowed to bend opposite leg. Received warm blanket...Yes! Didn't get ear plugs, just a headset over the ears. I've had both together in previous MRI's that really dampened the noise. It was loud this time, despite the music. I had one hand under my back for support. The call light ball was draped over me, not placed in my hand. Before starting, I said I was uncomfortable. The reply was is would be a quick MRI. I heard that several times, every time said I was uncomfortable, and there were pins and needles in the exam foot like it was falling asleep. Before the contrast, I said my leg was hurting and foot "really falling asleep". Last scan and we're done, just a few minutes, they said. I felt they thought I was a complainer, or just didn't care? After the scan, my foot and leg hurt. I pointed to the deep depression on the back of the leg from the brace...it's why I was hurting and getting pins and needles in the foot. I was ignored. Another tech, I hadn't seen before, asked how it went while taking the blanket. I pointed to the depressions on the leg as said it was the worst MRI of my life. I'll never forget her uncompassionate reply "there's always a first." No apologies from anyone. No one examined the deep depressions in the leg, and I don't have a history of edema in the lower extremities. Photos taken after getting dressed.

The day of my surgery they changed my appointment 2 times to earlier times. Then they couldn't do the surgery because I had eaten something prior, but the said that was ok. But they moved my time forward so much they couldn't do the surgery. I ask of we could go back to the 2:00 surgery time that I originally had and they said no that wouldn't be good for them. Who is the customer here. I spent 4 months getting to this point and a day on the phone. Will not be coming here for anything. Shame on you guys. I gave them one star because they don't have a negative number

I can't remember all the names, but Drs. McKnight and Foley were amazing and put my mind at ease in preop, and the RN's were so skillful and thoughtful - Shelly, Anna are two names I remember, also the preop nurse that put in my IV, who did an amazing job, and the gentle, kind post-op nurse, who helped me slowly wake up and feel like moving. Thank you all! The front office check in person, Patty, was okay. She seemed annoyed that I didn't understand the timeline of what happens after check in. Also heard her on a phone call in which she seemed annoyed with the caller. That first encounter made me a little nervous about the rest of the visit, but everyone in preop and postop were so informative and supportive, that all my worries quickly dissipated. Thank you!!

Only issue was the bill I received weeks later, I guess after the insurance submission. Would have been good to have been given an estimate and a heads up that the knee brace we received would cost a pretty penny. That said, the service was wonderful. The care was great. I called and made an appointment as a new patient told them all my general info and everything was good to go. I get a reminder call for my appointment all is normal see you tomorrow etc... I show up early fill out the paperwork with insurance info and then hand it in.. upon which i am informed they need to collect 5-10 dollars from me for the visit (even though i have 0 copay per my insurance card) i ask why.. since I've never heard of this, and the answer is something along the lines of since you are a new patient and you aren't established and we assume you work off a deductible we don't know if you hit that deductible yet so we need to collect something and you will be reimbursed by insurance if its not needed.. Well i was not happy, i made the appointment a month ago and no one told me about a payment, you call to remind me and don't mention the payment.. THEN i ask if i can give her a dollar because this seems ridiculous, and she needs to text her office manager to see what the minimum she can collect is.. so i wait. Call me up and tell me .. well actually you have to pay in full for the appointment for the same reasons that are illogical. So now my 5-10$ goes to 260$ + since she wasn't really sure what it would cost because i hadn't had the appointment yet. AND AGAIN... no one ever mentioned this in scheduling, or the call back that there was even a possibility of a payment. I do not recommend them at all maybe the doctors are wonderful, but you cant see them as a new person unless you front the visit price the first time.. waste of time.

We appreciate that she listens to us and really tries to hear what we are saying vs just feeling like a number in a herd that needs to get in and out that was our experience at our last dr office.

Save yourself the stress. I experienced rude staff on the…read morephone and in person from the front desk. I believe it was one of the nurses. ( I never go alone due to places like from past experience. ) The person who went with me even said something about how this person was speaking to me. communication with clients and pharmacies was horrible forcing clients to push for communication due to weeks in between contact and incorrect meds getting send out. They can only provide the most basic care so if you're looking for more than the absolute most basic care please save yourself the stress and go somewhere else.
