Here's what I texted the manager: Hi Ernesto, I got a second opinion from Bascom Palmer Eye Institute and I have a written diagnosis of Photokeratitis in both eyes. He is having me come back for photos of the back of my eyes in a couple weeks but I'm not going to wait that long because I'm experiencing dimness in color my vision. Paige did the wrong area, toward the back of the bottom of my chin, she didn't say "are you ready?" And starting zapping at the left side of the back of my chin toward my throat area, which I believe caused the light to shine up through the bottom side of the glasses. She did it rapidly a few times, (again, without saying "are you ready") So I had to stop her and say wait that's not even the area I need done? Those are glasses you guys are giving patients, not goggles. People have different shape faces, I have a small face. The light obviously went underneath the glasses and into my eyes. I think Paige needs to lose her license and be fired immediately. She was physically foaming at the mouth the first time I ever met her and something seemed off about her. The second time I met her when she did this to me, she wasn't even following the conversation that she started with me.
