If I choose to pursue any further treatment I will definitely be booking with Dr Sofer! All of the nurses, coordinators, massage therapists were top notch at all times. I am extremely disappointed with Seduction Cosmetic Surgery. I was unhappy with the results of a procedure I had done years ago and ultimately had it revised in Naples. More recently, I have been trying to obtain my medical records to understand how my areola portion of procedure was performed and whether it may affect my ability to breastfeed. I have called four separate times and each time I am told that a manager or supervisor will call me back. Not once has anyone followed through. At this point, I would be satisfied with a simple answer as to whether my records still exist. The lack of communication and professionalism is unacceptable. If a supervisor cannot return a patient's phone call with a straightforward answer, they should not be in a supervisory role. My experience has left me feeling that once they have your money, they no longer care about you as a patient. If I could give Seduction Cosmetics zero stars, I would. I've spent over $25,000 with this clinic this year alone -- veneers, 360 lipo, breast reduction, labioplasty, BBL, and a thigh lift -- and what I received in return was dangerous surgical decision-making, zero transparency, and some of the worst postoperative oversight imaginable. One of the biggest red flags: they performed my BBL and thigh lift at the same time. Not once did anyone explain that doing those two procedures together would mean I couldn't wear a faja or proper compression after surgery -- something that is basic, standard, and essential for both liposuction and BBL recovery. Anyone who knows even the slightest bit about BBLs understands that compression is required to prevent swelling, maintain fat survival, shape the waist, and protect results. Yet the clinic only told me AFTER surgery that I would not be able to wear my faja due to the thigh lift incision. So now, on top of everything else, my Lipo and BBL results have been compromised. It was almost pointless to even do those two procedures if they knew I couldn't wear compression afterward -- and they absolutely knew, because they're the providers. I'm the patient, not the surgeon. I relied on them to guide me properly, and they failed me. As for the thigh lift itself -- the surgeon cut me nearly 360 degrees around each leg instead of the standard inner-thigh incision I saw everywhere in my research. Nothing about this drastic approach was explained beforehand. He also placed no drains, which is well known to increase the risk of fluid buildup, tension, and wound opening. Had he done a normal thigh lift with proper drainage, I highly doubt I'd be dealing with the catastrophic complications that followed. Post-op care was a complete joke. Despite multiple visits, no doctor or nurse ever examined my incisions. I begged to be checked, yet I was rushed out by a massage therapist every time. When I reported signs of wound problems, they said they'd send cream immediately -- but it didn't arrive for days. By that time, my wounds had split open in multiple places. These failures resulted in: * Severe wound dehiscence * A serious infection * Hospitalization * IV antibiotics * A wound vac * Thousands of dollars in unexpected medical bills * Weeks of pain, stress, and emotional trauma While hospitalized, I was also informed that my surgeon does not carry medical malpractice insurance -- something the clinic never disclosed before surgery and still refuses to address when asked. When I reached out to the clinic afterward to discuss their role in all of this and request a refund of my deposit for future procedures I obviously will NOT be undergoing with them, they hid behind a "non-refundable" policy, as if this were some casual change of plans and not a medical crisis caused by their own decisions. Seduction Cosmetics had every opportunity to provide proper guidance, proper technique, proper postoperative care, and basic transparency -- and they failed at every step. Extremely Disappointed with My Experience at Seduction Cosmetic Center/Dr. Sofer I had surgery at Seduction Cosmetics in October 2024, which included breast augmentation with Galaflex internal bra, Lipo 360, and an umbilical hernia repair. What I hoped would be a positive, confidence-boosting transformation has instead been one of the most disappointing and frustrating experiences I've ever gone through. I went into this process prepared--I brought in a detailed reference photo showing exactly how I wanted my breasts to look, using Georgina Rodríguez (Cristiano Ronaldo's wife) as an example. I was very clear that I wanted a perky, natural-looking shape, and I was told the Galaflex internal bra would help achieve and support that. Now, months later, it feels like the Galaflex was never even used. There's no support, and the results are nothing like what I discussed during my consultation. My biggest disappointment, though, is with my abdomen. I stayed in Miami for a full week post-op to begin lymphatic massages the day after surgery and completed 20 total massages. I also wore all the recommended compression garments, foam boards, fibrosis sheets, and even purchased the expensive and high-end "Fibroguard" compression garment. Despite doing everything by the book, my stomach looks uneven, lumpy, and poorly contoured. There are strange bumps and fat pockets that make me feel like something went very wrong. I trusted Dr. Sofer with my entire procedure, but after comparing experiences with other patients, I now suspect my surgery may have been handled by an assisting surgeon instead. BIOPOLYMERS SURGERY REMOVAL Hello - this is a review about my experience as a Biopolymers Removal PATIENT at Seduction Cosmetic Center. I am extremely glad to have found Dr. Nair, who is changing the life of sick women every day. However, Seduction needs to understand this surgery and create protocols for it. CONSULT DAY Consults are done in between surgeries and the average patient waits 2 hours. As a Biopolymers patient, we suffer of excruciating pain. Most of us are unable to sit for long periods of time, and some cannot sit at all. We book these consults because we are slowing dying, we are in pain, and we cannot function as normal people. Having us wait hours to see the surgeon, without a hospital bed where we could lay down, is insensitive to our condition. PRE-OP DAY My pre-op Coordinator was cold and impersonal, almost like a cashier machine. She was only there to charge me for the post-op package. She affirmed that "the packages are prepared for each specific surgery, so it includes everything you will need after the surgery". However, they give biopolymer patients the BBL package, which includes a garment that we cannot wear and a massage that we can't get done. With that being said, the clinic does not have a post-op package truly customized for Biopolymers removal surgeries. SURGERY DAY I have nothing but great things to say about my surgeon, Dr. Nair. He is such a good human being. He is honest, and he understands what we (biopolymer patients) go through, he understands our pain and concerns. You will feel an incredible amount of support from him, and you will know that during surgery he will do his best to help you have a normal life again. He will also be there for you all the way through your recovery process. THANK YOU, DR. NAIR. You are truly amazing!!! RECOVERY UNIT The recovery unit nurses have no idea how to handle biopolymer removal patients. You will wake up facing up (Biopolymer patients CANNOT lay on their back for 6 weeks after surgery). Then, the nurses will FORCE you to sit down on a wheelchair to leave the building. I get it, it's a policy because patients can get dizzy and fall. However, there's a major need to create a protocol for Biopolymer patients. They should either be walked out using a walker or brought out on a stretcher (Biopolymer patients CANNOT sit for 6 weeks after surgery). POST-OP UNIT You will be required to return to the clinic a few times after surgery. I have had a great experience during my recovery so far, my post-op visits are on the 3rd floor, and things are always quick and smooth there. I have nothing but great things about my nurse, Jackie. She has been extremely patient and caring with me during this time. THANK YOU, JACKIE, for being so good to me! On the other hand, I have many biopolymer friends that had the misfortune of having their post-op visits on the 2nd floor and they have lived a nightmare there. There's a ton of sketchy stuff happening on the 2nd floor, like charging patients for gauze and pads for the pad change being done at the clinic. I also have a friend who waited over 4 hrs on the 2nd floor to see the doctor the day after her surgery, and almost collapsed because she could not sit, and the front desk didn't help because she "can't touch her". FMLA UNIT What a NIGHTMARE. The staff in this unit is unprofessional and unreachable. This has been my biggest headache during this process. They ignore calls and emails. Turns out that you have to PAY $25 to get the FMLA form completed and $25 to get the medical records that the FMLA form requires. This means, that you must go to the clinic (post-op unit) and bring your FMLA form in person and PAY the fee, otherwise you will be spinning your wheels forever without even getting an acknowledgement or any kind of direction. read more

Let me just say that these people are horrible people. I'm a mother of two boys with an autoimmune disease and I payed $4,000 for a tummy tuck. I never had the procedure done, I rescheduled it twice. But I'm unable to have the procedure because I won't be able to stop my medications for the surgery. I requested a refund but they claim I can't get one because I rescheduled my appointment twice a week before the surgery. When it clearly state on the contract that if you want to cancel any rescheduled appointments you can, you'll just be charged an extra $1,000 per reschedule. According to the contract I'm owed $2,000 and I have no issue with paying the fee, they just won't give me my money back. STAY AWAY! My sister & I were suppose to have surgery on 10/23 at Seduction Cosmetic in Miami, FL. We ended up flying back home on that day instead. ISSUE #1: As SOON as Ashleigh paid the full amount for Dr. Abeer, they switched her to Dr. Amarante. Dr. Amarante was $1,000 cheaper & this facility wouldn't refund the difference because apperantly they're the same prices now. ISSUE #2: While waiting for our pre-op appointment, we saw multiple ladies come & go into the same room (full of bloody fajas) that were not ONCE sanitized or wiped down. ISSUE#3: Another uneasy sight was watching multiple employees (NOT the surgeon, or nurses) walking in and out of the surgery room while a surgery was happening! No one was in proper PPE. ISSUE#4: Multiple nurses were walking in and out of the room, weighing bagged up skin and fat on the same scale that patients step barefoot on, WITHOUT ever sanitizing it! Anyways, the day of preop 10/22, we got there at 9:15AM, and didn't end up leaving the clinic until 3:30PM! Once I paid for the surgery package (which NOONE told me about AND my original consultant specifically told me I didn't have too!)(also was told I HAD to purchase it or couldn't get surgery), they said Amarante couldn't do my surgery until I got my labs redone(even though the lab that they're talking about wasn't required on the clearance form or a necessary blood panel). So they order STAT labs for me (had to pay additional $ for these labs, even though again, they weren't required) to be ready by our surgery day 10/23. I call them at 9AM on 10/23 to get told that unfortunately the other part of my labs wouldn't be back until next Wednesday. I wasn't going to be extending my trip, they could've just told me he was overbooked, instead of blatantly lying to me and blaming it on my labs that again, WERE NOT A REQUIRED LAB PANEL THAT WAS NECESSARY TO HAVE SURGERY! The "office admin" gave us email address that I could email & was told they'll refund us for the surgery package that we both did not receive. She said she couldn't do it, unfortunately because they had no cash in office. Which is another blatant lie because all preop patients have to pay cash NOT card! Anyways, I emailed them and now they're saying my medical clearance is fake, because they called my dr and my dr said I wasn't a patient so I can't get my $ back for the package & surgery back because I lied and falsified medical documents. Which is odd, if I falsified or faked any of my documents why would it have been faxed from my primary care doctors fax number? This facility has their employees posting on multiple groups, on FB & on Instagram who have been slandering and defamation of character for Ashleigh and myself. They have also accused me of not sending my clearance forms in on time and I wasn't really cleared to have surgery...then why would they send me a clearance email confirming they received my labs and my surgery was all good to go..? You can go through Dr. Sampson via Seduction Cosmetic instead. am requesting the full amount of $1,000.00 refund. The only surgeon I authorized to perform on me died and they never notified us. *I paid for both my deposit and my sister's deposit after Sarai assured my sister and me several times over the phone that the deposits and any surgery funds we submit are refundable at any time. LUX Cosmetics took my credit card for her deposit over the phone before sending us any paperwork. *They failed to notify us that Dr. Worrell died and they failed to send new paperwork for us to authorize a new doctor to perform surgery on us. Dr. Worrell was THE ONLY SURGEON AUTHORIZED TO PERFORM SURGERY ON US. *Again, when they took the payment from me Sarai told assured us several times that our deposits were refundable if we ever changed our minds. *Feb 1, 2019, the surgical coordinator, Elianys Lezcano accepted the rest of my sister's payment, making her account PAID-IN-FULL, signed-off on Kzonic's Medical Clearance and Pre-Op form, further confirming that all finances were in order and that her schedule date was still April 30, 2019. *April 29, 2019, LUX waited for my sister and her husband to drive 3.5 hours to Miami and after she paid thousands for the Recovery House, during Kazonic's pre-surgery appointment the day before surgery they told my sister that she "would have to make another payment because USAA charged-back the $500 deposit". *After two hours of trying to reason with them to clarify that I only had to charge-back my deposit payment (due to their fraudulent activities from November 2018 through January 2019 on my account) I repeatedly informed them that I never filed a claim with my bank for my sister's deposit surgery payment. Yet, they refused to budge and forced my sister to pay another $500 under those conditions! They double-dipped by charging her another $500 the day before surgery on an account that I already paid. *LUX then told me that the $500 that I paid for my sister was placed into my LUX Cosmetics account, where only I can use the funds if I ever changed my mind and wanted to get surgery from them. Their Pre-Op Coordinator emailed me a receipt and record of their database showing that the $1,000 was still in my account. *I was very clear in December 2018 that they would never touch me after the stress they put me through. So LUX Cosmetics made it clear that they make a living off of manipulation and money-grab tactics. This is by far the most unethical surgeon office I've ever experienced in my life, they should be ashamed of themselves to prey on people in this manner. My Desired Resolution: Seeking the refund of the $1,000 that LUX collected from me, which is still sitting in my account at LUX Cosmetics and requesting that they stop sending me automated emails to set an appointment. I got a tummy tuck surgery done on Tuesday, April 5 with Dr. Nair. This review is going to be a little long because I want to talk about the whole experience. My coordinator was Ashley Gonzalez. She was nice and answered my questions. I made my contract one year prior and so i made payment little by little which is something I loved because I wasn't rushed. I started getting my labs ready on March 1. I had so many issues with the lab department and getting all of the paperwork in on time. There was so much back and fourth and no one really helped. The wait on hold to speak to anyone was about 20-30mins and sometimes the call would drop. On April 2 I went in for pre op... there was so many paperwork to sign about 50 pages. The front desk ladies, didn't have the best attitude and they didn't help me understand the paperwork I was signing. They made comments in Spanish about me asking so many questions. I know Spanish so I understood what they were saying, so it was just rude. At pre op you'll need to have about $523 for the post op package. My surgery was done on April 5. I went in at 9:30am, I met with Dr. Nair for about 5mins and he drew on my tummy and told me what he was going to do. He was upfront, nice and professional. I didn't get taken into the surgery room until 4:07pm.. I ended up leaving the clinic at 9:15pm with no pain medication because the pharmacy had already closed. I was in a crazy amount of pain. Then on April 6, I went in for my first massage appt with Layla. You'll need another $500 or so depending on the massage package you choose plus the massage cream, garments, shots.. ect. The massage therapist was really gentle and gave a lot of little tips that I found helpful. Overall, the experience was okay. The doctors and nurses were nice. I just didn't like all of the additional fees that don't get mentioned until you are already there and it's mandatory. I also didn't like the customer service from the front desk ladies in the 3rd floor. I am still extremely swollen since the surgery was 2 days ago, so I'll give me feedback about the actual incision and results in a few weeks. *UPDATE* My incision is healing and I just noticed a huge imperfection in my surgery. My left side looks normal like a natural curve and then on my right side it's very lipo'd. It's super noticeable because you can see my hip bone on one side and not the other. I would love to add a pic on here but it doesn't let me. I will be posting it on the photo section if you would like to it. Super pissed off! I'm going to message the Dr and see what they do about it. *UPDATE* Spoke to the dr and he said this "Retouches have to be approved by the surgeon. There is a Florida law for how much i can lipo which i did and i made it as symmetrical as ur body allows. It is impossible to make this perfectly symmetrical as u are a person and human being are not symmetricl by nature. So ill see you in 3 months. If you want additional lipo which is fine i would refer you to seduction in 6months to a year. And again please follow instructions i have given you or you will not get the results you are expecting" I'm very unsatisfied with response. How are you going to say you tried to do it as symmetrical as you could when one side looks lipo'd and the other doesn't! Anyone can clearly see the difference and you can tell it is A LOT more lipo'd than the other side because you can clearly see my hip bone on my right side and not the other. A faja, foams and boards used day and night removed only for bathing is not going to push ONE side in to look like the other one, it just doesn't work that way. So now I have to wait 3 months to do a follow up and more than likely get denied for the retouch and have to pay another $3.5k to get it fixed in 6 months to a year. They are unbelievable unprofessional. My surgery was for 7am and it was 1:30pm before I got in. I'm still swollen from last year May and it's May 2024 now. I have never seen my doctor up till this day. They told me to call a number to find him for him to revise my surgery like wtf. I never even got him. I'm so disappointed in them and Dr.Wendell Perry. Okay so today I had my Pre-Op and I was extremely disappointed overall. I been messaging the number to get a hold of someone regarding the blood work that will be getting done and at first they were answering all my texts asap and the past four days I texted the number they text me from and tried asking my Rep which is Maylen (which is the one that sold me the "special package for May/June") and received not one single text back. Then another thing is this is my second time coming here for the same procedure, with is a BBL. However I received terrible customer service and got thrown surprise charges. To start they didn't allow my boyfriend in to the Pre-Op appointment with me. Then I was waiting from 10:30am until 1pm (my appointment was at 11am) to be called in. The receptionist on the third floor was rude and wasn't very helpful, just gave short answers. The receptionist on the second floor were flirting with my boyfriend while I was in the pre-op appointment (being extremely unprofessional with him from what he shared). Then meanwhile in the Pre-op appointment the lady tells me that I wasn't getting Dr Abeer eventhough I requested her again since she did my first surgery and that it was a different doctor. As well as telling me that I still needed to pay $416 on top of what I was quoted, (which I paid in full already) and she said it was a "mandatory" package (includes medication, care kit, IV the following day and arm garment). But none of this was disclosed during any of my calls prior to the Pre-Op appointment and the lady that did my pre-Op said there's no way to tell I was never told because it would be a "she said, he said situation" but I had to pay it by the surgery date which is tomorrow. Just wish it was optional and also that someone would have told me about it to be prepared beforehand. Lastly I had to do all my blood work which were included in my package and the lady doing the blood work was on a personal call while preparing me and on top of that I got uncomfortable when she was touching to feel for my vein (which she also seemed annoyed because she couldn't locate my veins) and she then removed her glove and used her finger (which she didn't bother sanitizing or washing at all prior to poking me with the needle) after she had already sterilizing the area, even taking off her headphones that she had when ending the call then touching the already sterilized area with her hand again to get the blood samples.
