Dr. Peralta was on Kaiser's list for sleep apnea dental guard in Mira Mesa. I met with him and my pulmonologist ordered a smaller mouthguard from Somnomed since my mouth is smaller than most. Dr. Peralta did a good job; best in all the years of my dental apnea appliances. Then, I needed a new bridge since my old one was harboring decay. My regular dentist failed to perform the necessary paperwork to get my insurance approval. Dr. Peralta was "in network" with my Met Life Dental, so I saved 50-60% on his quote. His work was far superior than any dental work I have had done in the last 30 years. He is now my full dentist for all needs. I have a fear of dentists before I came to this office in 2022. My uncle is a dentist. Going to the dentist used to be a chore and would make me stressed. Now, I actually look forward to going to the office for a checkup. I don't think I've been with a dentist for this long. The office staff are welcoming and Dr. Peralta takes the time to go over care in detail. The dental hygienist Angela is very detailed and thorough. I went to Dr. Peralta several times over the last six months for an oral device to improve a mild to moderate sleep apnea. The device did not work initially when it was first fitted for me. However, Dr. Peralta saw me again and gave me more ideas on how to adjust it which resulted in a great improvement. I now sleep much better now because of his help. I have been going to Dr Giglio since I was 5 (I'm 44 now). I appreciated his treatment with his team as they are great hygentists who are thorough, also do not over treat to get more revenue. I trust them. When dr Piralta took over the practice, he kept the same team including Donna and Lynn at the front desk (who help tremendously with scheduling and communication). The most impressive meeting I had recently prompted me to make this review...they performed a sleep test.
