Our five star review previously given on 10/14/2025 was for Priscilla. Obviously I do not know of the circumstances but she was the reason we went here. We completed two sessions of training with Priscilla for our new puppy. We were about to sign up for our third session when we learned of Priscilla's departure. Needless to say we did not subscribe to the third session nor will we ever shop in the store as well as encouraging our friends and family to do likewise. If PetSmart treats long time associates in the manner in which they treated Priscilla; then we will spend our money with companies who show compassion towards associates and the animals in which they serve. ---------------------------------- We just finished puppy and intermediate training with our Australian Shepherd puppy Ruby at PetSmart on Victory and cannot recommend these programs enough. We've gone through training with two of our other dogs but since Ruby is our first puppy, we wanted to make sure we knew what we should and should not do. Priscilla came recommended from neighbors and friends and they were correct. She is patient with all the puppies and humans. More importantly, she is firm but fair. We are excited to continue with additional classes in the new year to ensure we have a happy but well mannered Aussie that we can take anywhere.

I cannot say enough great things about Sterling with Big Blue Obedience. Within moments of his…read morefirst visit, our puppy was responsive to him and following his commands. I was truly amazed at how quickly our puppy responded to Sterling. He is incredibly knowledgeable and truly has a gift with dogs. In just a few sessions Sterling taught us how to have our puppy sit, heal and not pull on the leash. Even our vet commented on how different our puppies behavior was since starting training. Sterling was very patient throughout it all and happily answered texts with a few questions I had. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a dog trainer.

I picked him up after being there for 10 days and he had an injury on his ear and 10 other small bites on his head and neck from other dogs. Yes I did take my dog to the vet for one of the injuries to his ear. This vet visit required debridement and antibiotics for 10 days. He also came home smelling of dog feces, which required 3 consecutive baths to rid the smell. I picked my dog up due to Mr King loosing 2 dogs at a dog park (Daffin dog Park). I just had an uneasy feeling about the whole situation after he kept rescheduling my request to see my dog actively train. I thought the board and train program was going to be actually train, not redo the signals for the commands that he already knew. I can understand some people may have had good experiences and thats great for them but this place is clearly inconsistent and mostly about money. I requested a refund of $300 and was told "would never get a refund " and he proceeded to call me a "snowflake owner". If it was caring about every dog he would have communicated if my dog needed medical attention then he could have called for me to come pick him up. Brian King was asked not to remove our dog's collar as our dog was not chipped and the collar had an air tag on it. He assured us he would leave the collar on and just add a training collar. Upon picking our dog up and leaving I discovered his collar was not on and had to go back to Mr King's home to retrieve my dogs collar. From my experience i will not be recommending this place to anyone and hope that he can humble himself and just be better. For anyone wanting proof or pictures of these facts, message me. These are all facts.

We had her come over for $100, and it turned out to be a nightmare. She came when my puppy woke up--instead of letting me take the puppy to potty, she insisted playing with him until he peed/pooped at the wrong spot. Then she stopped me to pick up the poo, put a treat right next to his poo, and our puppy for the FIRST time ate a piece of poo, because the treat was placed right next to it. Words can't describe how bad the whole 20-minute session was. Her attitude was unprofessional and very condescending, treating us as if we are ignorant people. She kept saying "poor puppy" as if we are abusing him. The worst of the worst: when I cleaned the mess, she said to me "good job"--who does that? My husband and I were utterly shocked. Before she left, she insisted putting a dirty empty water bottle in the playpen to let the puppy chew, while our puppy has various good quality dog toys. We love our puppy dearly, which is exactly why we've been trying different configurations of his playpen and wanted to start training early. But it's the biggest mistake to have used this service. I foster australian shepherds and had a 'problem child' with stranger danger. He was a handful and…read morealways in protective mode, nipped at people, and charged my husband 4 times. With us, he eventually bonded but not with our adult children. We, through the rescue, reached out to Emily Beddard. She had him for 3 months. During that time, my husband decided he wanted to keep him and just manage the behavior. When the dog was 'ready', Emily contacted us and we drove down to pick him up. He is a changed dog - no longer immediately aggressive, still requires an introduction but has accepted everyone we have introduced, and is a total lovebug with them. The big test was over the holidays and he passed with flying colors. I credit Emily and her team as they provided him with training, but just as importantly heavy socialization and an opportunity to feel safe. When we picked him up, you could see how they loved him. They were also terrific about periodically sending pictures - I could see how happy he was in their care. He continues to be a happy, relaxed dog and we have maintained the introduction protocol that Emily taught us.

Modern indoor kennels with air conditioning and time out to play. We brought our food just in case and to our surprise this business uses ProPlan, the same variety that we do.
