The store was about to close for the holiday weekend and I did not have the opportunity to pick up my order yet. I missed a call from Seelas and a VM was left reminding me that the store would close for the weekend. By the time I saw and listened to the message, they were closed and I thought my project would have to hold until they reopened the following week. Someone in my family stops by just about every other day to pick up additional paint for our 3,700…read moresq. ft. new construction home. We went with Adam's advice to meet with the SW color consultant, Rebecca, and she has been a godsend. We had narrowed down to all our room colors and it was really helpful to have Rebecca in-home to help us tweak based on the lighting and direction of our home/light sources. Rebecca has continued to be available via text to help as we continue to paint and modify. Every time I go in the store and see other customers hemming and hawing over paint chips, I'm so glad to have Rebecca's helpful advice in my pocket. In addition, Adam, who is always there, is so nice. He always tries to help us get the best discount/pricing and has stayed late to help us when we rush in from our commute back from work. Adam is so patient with our questions and paint requests. There is another SW store closer to the new house/job site that we went to once but we always drive over to the Fairfield location because of Adam and the friendly and attentive service he provides. We are so looking forward to the end of our build but this SW store is one of the places we'll miss frequenting :)
