Then, the younger employee who loaded the order just threw the heavy bags into the car with no care, risking damage to the bags and the vehicle. To make things worse, the same older gentleman yelled from inside the store for my wife to come back and sign off on the order. The entire experience was handled in a rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional manner from start to finish. I later called the store and spoke with the manager, Michael, to share how disappointed I was. Unfortunately, this experience was bad enough that we will not be returning or ordering from Ace Hardware again. It's unfortunate, because we expected a much better level of customer service from a company like Ace.

Our group, we did the forest option. The glass, supplies, and succulents were all carefully selected and organized upon our arrival. We were selected with a Jade succulent from owner, Rachel Song, as she taught us step by step the importance of taking care of plants, sand, rocks, charcoal, and more arrangements when you create your terrariums. We had a good time being together, getting to know Rachel as she got to see how we were, and creating our terrariums using our creative spins when assembling what we wanted in the glass. You have an opportunity to browse the plants, products, and more from other artists who have their works on the shelves. Many live plants are around, plenty of love and sunshine within the entire space. I highly recommend Modern Terrarium Bar to all plant lovers and novices. The reason I believe it has become so much more difficult is because there are too many shades of colors. Once you have decided to refresh your homes appearance with new colors, the next challenge is all the various retail stores to choose from and the choice of manufacture. Our retail paint store choice has always been Aboff's Paints, and our paint manufacturer Benjamin Moore. The service that we have received from Aboff's has always been outstanding. Our problem has always been choice of paint color, not paint manufacturer. Unfortunately, Benjamin Moore, has over 3,500 colors to choose from, which is incredible. Aboff's has been complimentary in most cases on our final choices, which does help a little bit.

When my painter saw the two gallons of paint, he immediately asked why the finish was in eggshell and that the walls would be super shiny. This is more for a bathroom. I called Aboff's and told them about the situation and asked if there was any way they could take it back as the paints totaled $98.00. Instead of apologizing about the inconvenience, the worker started raising his voice and said eggshell is his most popular finish and that's what he would use on his walls and that if I wanted a flat finish I should have said so. But I do not work at a paint store and do not have knowledge on this stuff, and that is why I specifically told them that it was for a bedroom and asked them what to get. Even if the finish is a personal choice, the way they spoke to me and handled the issue was horrible. Never going back.

He collected my payment via square ($100) to claim that he will "make it convenient and buy the paint for me". The next day he didn't show up with paints, totally disappeared and couldn't be reached in any ways. Basically he lied to me and stole my money. I had to call my credit card company to dispute the charge. This shameless guy even dared to send the square receipt to my credit card company and made my dispute process much harder. I eventually disputed the charge as fraud. This guy is an unbelievable lier. Do not hire him. Do not give your money out in advance. And apparently this has been a pattern for him. I wish I had read other reviews sooner. A complete scam.
