Best chicken tacos! They're all tasty! The lemonade is tangy and refreshing. The dessert is to die for!

I got the flight of tacos (chicken inasal, pork belly sisig, and short rib adobo) and took a fat bite out of my sister's quesadilla.

I have been known to use a hundred words when ten will do, I'm sorry but I get excited about food. It has been my life since I began cooking for my family at nine. Anyway, there have been improvements here. The place is nice, it's simple, classy and still have that same welcome to your friends place kind of feel, except with great food! Now I have had almost everything on the menu but today was my first time trying the all day breakfast. I started with spring rolls and wontons. They were perfectly fried, light and crispy while being dense with flavor. That cup of soup you see there may be small but it holds tidal waves of flavor. It was sweet, it was savory and it hit the spot. My breakfast even though I showed up in the afternoon was Tapsilog Filipino style marinated beef, fried until tender and slightly caramelized , served with two cups of rice topped with garlic and two fried eggs. Now individually every part of this meal was perfect. However once you get a little bit of that egg hold with the garlic rice and meat the explosion of flavor is incredible! As always since I forgot to mention it the owner and staff were as inviting and friendly as ever. Honestly if you love Filipino food and you haven't been here then your robbing yourself of a great experience.

All of the dishes were well presented and of good portion sizes. The Beef Pares and Chicken flavors are next level and would definitely be my go-to dishes in future. Highly recommended, and another great option if you're looking for Filipino food, yet want a change from the regular spots in the seafood city area.

We love their soup dishes: sinigang, nilaga, and bulalo. Great comfort food and the servings are generous. Miki bihon and sotanghon are also a hit and each order can easily feed up to 4 people. Items are fairly priced and appreciate the generous portions and homestyle cooking. We have a lot of filipino spots where we live but this place just hits the spot and the additional delivery fees are worth it.

I paid $32 for a small cup of fried items and $15 for a halo-halo drink, and neither came close to justifying the price. The fried food was dry, bland, and tasted like it had been sitting out far too long. There was no freshness, no flavor--just oil and disappointment. For that price, I expected something at least memorable... it was memorable, just not in a good way. The halo-halo was equally underwhelming. It was noticeably watered down, lacking the rich, creamy flavor you expect. Again, for $15, that's pretty unacceptable. What makes this more frustrating is that this was at a festival, where vendors should be putting their absolute best forward to attract new customers. If this was their "best," I'd hate to see what a normal day looks like. Between the high prices, tiny portions, and poor quality, this felt like a complete miss. I don't mind paying premium prices at events--but the food has to back it up. This didn't. I wouldn't return, and I definitely wouldn't recommend it.

I literally finished the drink within 5 sips. This was purchased at the Glendale College festival. Service was quick and a little hiccupy. Adorable menu, high prices and questionable portions. Review on the drink: The drink itself was a Calamansi refresher made with some of the zest. It had a nice green color and was neither too sweet with a light tang. An excellent drink and at the same time ruined by miser portions. Consumer be warned.

Years have passed, they stopped doing it instead they grill it for you inside their resto. Back then it was only a dollar for each stick of isaw, kwek kwek, bbq, blood, etc etc.. they also had lugaw, gulaman, melon, unlimited sauce etc etc. It was fun back then esp when you have friends with you enjoying the food chatting with loud music. Everything was good especially the food selection. The past few years, I feel like the energy in this place is gone. They have Less items in their menu, no more lugaw, champorado, gulaman, etc etc. Plus their prices have gone up to $2/stick when other competitors like dollar hits are still selling them for $1.25-1.50/stick. Sad that this has to happen. We maybe go to this place about once a month now sometimes once evry 3 mos against every week before. Taste of food is still the same quality and taste very good. Fast service due to the fact that very few come here now. I hope they bring back that energy back then.
