    Spicy chicken bowl
    Alex A.

Excellent food. I get the bowls. You can choose between white or brown rice or noodles, a protein of your choice then veggies of your choice along with a soup. They have a good variety of sauces to add as little or much as you want. It is easily a double portion of food.

    Chicken fried rice

The food is always amazing here! The service is great too. I don't live in burleson anymore but I went to fort worth recently and drove another 30 min away just to go here!

    Kimchi Stew w/ Pork
    Aven S.

I came in at 5:40 on a Sunday I didn't realize they closed at 6:30 but I had already drove 20 mins so I went in and ordered anyways Store was empty and a nice man greeted me, I ordered the Kimchi Jigae w/ pork which was the recommended protein by the nice man and a fountain drink the total was around 20$ The service was quick (I assume they were cleaning during this because it was so close to closing) I got my food at 6:00 and it looked beautiful I have never had Kimchi Jigae / Stew but this is one of my favorite Korean dishes now. I definitely recommend! The serving size was pretty big and I'll easily have a big second portion. Definitely come here and try it out

Spicy beef and vegetable Soup (Yukgaejang 육개장), Chicken Katsu, Korean Fried Rice (볶음밥)

I'm Korean and this place is great! I got the Yukaejang and my husband got the Chicken-Katsu. We had no idea this place existed until we saw it on Uber Eats. Can't wait to try the other dishes!

Bibimbop hot stone bowl with bulgogi beef and all the veggies. Green Matcha Milk Tea 1/2 sweet. Seaweed soup.

Very good and spicy! The lady was very nice! I ordered the hot stone bowl with beef bulgogi and all the veggies as well as the green matcha milk tea 1/2 sweet. My first time here and the lady patiently explained the ordering process.

First visit. Easy to find and plenty of parking. Restaurant was clean and staff was friendly. Waited in a line to place orders, with help from Staff since it was our first visit. Hot stone bowls with bulgoli and all the toppings. We grabbed our soup (self serve) and drinks and had a seat. Maybe 5-10 minutes our bowls were brought out. The food was delicious. There are several sauces you can choose from to add to the bowl. I chose yum yum sauce and it was perfect. Delicious food, huge portions, and friendly service in a clean atmosphere. 5 stars!

    Japchae with spicy pork
    Ava R.

My daughter picked up dinner this evening from Rice master. When she arrived home, the food was still very warm which made me think that it was freshly cooked. I got the spicy pork japchae bowl with carrots, zucchini and onions. I was really hoping for spicy food but it wasn't even close! I honestly tasted minimal flavor outside of the pork. I added tons of sriracha and that helped but I still didn't achieve the desired taste. I ate some and put away for later in which I plan to add chili garlic sauce. I'm giving 3 stars due to my food being warm but not spicy as advertised and requested.

Rice Bowl - Bulgogi Beef w/ Everything
    Jordan C.

Rice Master was near my hotel on a recent work trip and I am happy it was. I was immediately impressed with the friendliness and welcoming of the Staff. They were so helpful and very attentive. The food was fresh and hot. I got a bowl with bulgogi beef and "everything." Plenty of food and delicious. I could eat this again and definitely recommend if you don't want bbq or one of the many other chain restaurants nearby.

Tina checked on us at our table, cleared my tray and even brought us some toothpicks and plasticware for our to go desserts. If we are in the area again, we will eat at Hard Eight!!

Goldee's Barbecue has become one of the most talked-about barbecue destinations in Texas, and the…read moreexperience starts long before we reached the counter. We arrived early and found ourselves in a line that stretched well before opening, creating a sense that we were visiting a barbecue pilgrimage rather than a casual lunch spot. The atmosphere remained friendly and laid-back despite the crowds, with a team that seemed genuinely proud of what they were serving. The line moved steadily, and the anticipation built as we got closer to the counter. The barbecue was the main attraction, and the brisket consistently stood out as the signature item. We ordered a generous portion and found the meat smoky, tender, and flavorful enough that we barely touched the sauce. The beef rib was another highlight, with rich flavor and an impressive size that made it feel like a meal on its own. Beyond the traditional Texas staples, Goldee's also offers items that help it stand apart from other barbecue spots, including pork belly, house-made sausages, Carolina hash over rice, and rotating specialty meats. We tried a few of these and found each one delivered on quality, with the pork belly offering a rich, fatty contrast to the leaner brisket. The fresh bread and banana pudding were frequently mentioned as worthy additions rather than afterthoughts, and we made sure to save room for the pudding, which was creamy and balanced with just the right amount of sweetness. One of the most impressive aspects of Goldee's is the consistency across the entire menu. While many barbecue restaurants are known for one standout meat, we left talking about multiple dishes, from the brisket and ribs to the sausages and sides. The banana pudding had developed a following of its own, and we considered it a mandatory finish to the meal. The sides, including the coleslaw and potato salad, were well executed and provided a fresh contrast to the rich meats. Service remained efficient despite the volume of customers that passed through each day. The staff kept the line moving, answered questions enthusiastically, and helped create an experience that felt welcoming rather than rushed. Even after waiting several hours, we left feeling that the food justified the time investment. The team's pride in their work was evident, and they handled the steady stream of visitors without losing the friendly, approachable energy of a neighborhood spot. Goldee's Barbecue delivered the kind of destination-worthy barbecue experience that people travel across states to try. The combination of exceptional brisket, standout specialty items, strong sides, and passionate service has earned it a reputation as one of the premier barbecue spots in Texas. The wait was substantial, but the meal ended up being one of the highlights of our trip, a reminder that the best barbecue is often worth the effort it takes to get it.

I got here at 9am (2 hours before opening) and the line was already snaked around. The time flew by. From start to finish was about 3 hours. 2 hours waiting before opening and about an hour once they opened. Food review: Brisket- top tier. Pull apart, great smoke ring and delicious. Turkey- 9/10- should be on everyone's list to get when they are here. Jalapeno&Cheddar Sausage- 8/10. Delicious but not as juicy as Hutchins Lao Sausage- 6/10. Decent but not something I would get again. Not sure if they do this all the time or if it was a special. Sides Mac &Cheese- if you like creamy mac&cheese, get the large! 10/10 Beans- good and would order again but I would probably only get the small Dessert- banana pudding 7/10. Good flavor.
