I bought a evolve-C pen from him and it stopped charging a month in. Of which I did not use every day. So I wanted to return it and exchange for a new one. No big deal right? He will get his money back or replace it from the vender he received it from. This is why I mentioned being a business owner myself. All venders will accept returns on faulty products. I mentioned this to him after he was playing around with my pen and trying to make it work (very annoying, by the way) and he said "possibly ". There is no possibly they accept returns because it is good business practice. Anyway, he sent me home with a different charging device he had laying in a drawer behind the counter. I wasn't happy but I said I'd give it a try. So I went on my way and charged it, it still didn't work. I called him immediately and told him I'd be stopping by to exchange the following week when I get back in town. When I did he wasn't there. The worker called him and he told the worker to sell me the piece that wasn't working for half price. WHAT??!!!! I just wanted an exchange and out the door. Nope, didn't happen. I left with my issue unresolved. I'll be damned if I'm paying anything for a product that broke after very minimal use to replace it. Derrick should have sent me home with a new exchange the first time I was there. His pot products suck too. Which I also bought and the worker told me along with the owner that I will get a buzz from their products. Did not happen not even close. So they lie to you about their products as well. VERY BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES!! I do not recommend wasting any of your money at this establishment.
