I said sure, and she went and grabbed the tester and the wrong brush to apply the blush. She then packed the blush on the brush and applied it to my face in the wrong spot. I looked like a clown!! I was already wearing a full face of makeup so I had to try to tone down the blush myself with a napkin. I declined the blush and moved on to the eyebrow pomade by Anastasia Beverly Hills and asked her which shade would look best on me. She said she actually recommends the brow pomade by Benefit Cosmetics because it was cheaper and waterproof. She showed them to me and asked if I'd like a little on my eyebrow to see if I liked the shade. I said sure. Why not give her another shot, ya know? She dipped into the pot with the brush and started doing my whole eyebrow. She finished and 1. Not the right shade. It was way too warm and dark 2. My eyebrows looked like they came out from the year of 2012! They were blocky and super super unnatural. I politely declined and asked if I could remove it and she gave me the remover and cotton balls. I then just decided to shop on my own. I love Ulta, put please please please have your employees trained or at least have some training during the job. This is the second time I've had a bad experience with your employees testing something on my skin :(

The two times I manage to get a hair cut it was overpriced, one of the stylists was rude, and I was left waiting to pay for 20 min at the checkout up front. These appointments are made more than a month in advance and this store makes no accommodations or compensation to customers at all. They told me that they would reach back to me about rescheduling my appointment they canceled and never did... Save your time and money and go literally anywhere else.

Any bird seed I've bought from here was always of high quality. No little bugs or shriveled up peanuts from here. We have been getting our dry cat food from here now exclusively. PetCo couldn't compete in price for the quality we are getting here. We figure that by buying better cat food we save on not having to take our cats to the vet for problems so the better food here saves us money in the long run. Try even finding a dry cat food at PetCo with no grain in it. One would think that since cats never eat grain in the wild it should be easy to find a grain free cat food, but that is where Jay Mar comes to the rescue. They also have some cat hair ball gel with catnip in it that our long haired cat loves. Any of the other hairball gel the cat hated and would only eat it if you rubbed it on her paw. I went through this rambling about our cats to show that if it's your cat, dog, lawn, garden, or birds that your trying to find just the right thing for, then try here. The workers are very knowledgeable and helpful too, yet they are very respectful to just let you just look around without being pestering if that is what you want.

They refused to do either because I didn't keep my receipt and I'm not a member. Normally I would let some like this go but their products are on the expensive side so I would expect quality products and a company that would stand by them. I've purchased similar products at big box stores locally and never once did I have something not come up. I went to Jung's because the other stores were out and I was willing to pay more to get what I needed. I understand they have to have return policies but they could have done something. Other stores would have at least given me a store credit. The did not seem to care at all that they're going to lose my business. They were rather cold, manager included.
