Rice offers healthy, delicious Mediterranean (with some Persian influence) for an amazing good value. My husband likes lamb and it's hard to find lamb at such good price. There are quite a bit of combination and variation available, so you are not likely to get bored even if you eat here regularly. Every now and then I get a craving from Rice kitchen and they never fail! The food is amazing. I ordered a tenderloin platter, which is basmati rice, salad, tenderloin and a scoop of hummus and pita bread. The tenderloin is soft like butter, so easy to cut thru. The sumac dressing is amazing, I love pouring it over the tenderloin, rice and salad. It just makes the dish taste even better. I had to give this Mediterranean spot a try after passing it on US1 numerous times. I'm glad we did! We were presented with the option to either build-your-bowl or to order a platter. We opted for building our bowls, and chose the slow roasted spicy chicken (+ falafel for me) as our source of protein. Combined with our greens, choice of hummus and any additional toppings (everything unlimited, except the avocado), our bowls were delicious! The portions are very filling and are fair for the prices listed (in my opinion). The service is helpful and noticeably very patient in helping us choose what to build our bowls with - This was our first time eating at RICE after all. Love the food and Uber Eats and catering , but I ordered a bowl today at the pinecrest location, a $20.00 bowl with extra protein and after I paid I asked for a small pita bread. They said I had to pay. I told them I just wanted 1/2 of a pita and they said, sorry you have to order it through the kitchen. Seriously?! A $20.00 bowl and rice can't even include a 1/2 pita? I've been coming to Rice for years and usually order the lamb. It's always had a $2 upcharge, which I completely understand, and the wooden label on the glass covering the food still clearly says $2. However, on my most recent visit I was charged $4.50 for the lamb, which is more than double the listed upcharge. When I asked about it, nothing was adjusted even though the sign still says $2. Menu options include salads, wraps, bowls, and platters. We opted for the sirloin kubideh platter and the chicken joojeh platter. Both were served hot and the meats were very flavorful. The chicken on the joojeh could have been juicier as it was a little on the dry side. The servings were huge and included the kebabs, rice, salad, and a small scoop of hummus. If you have never been to Rice, you should look at the website to see what you would like to order or download the app. There is a digital menu board, but it does not have all of the menu items. It would have been helpful if there were some sort of sign with a QR code to be able to read the menu while at the location of if the location could have a printed version. read more

This is one of the go to meals close to my house, when I want a healthy lunch / dinner. You get a great amount of protein and the salad is super fresh and wholesome. The food leaves you feeling great, and the sauces are so addictive. I get the sirloin kubideh platter or the brisket. Great meal that doesn't leave you feeling slumped. The service is nice, the place can get pretty busy so they are going quick. The feel of the place is open and airy, tons of natural light, honestly I think they hook up the dining in plates a little more than the take out so it's definitely a place you can go to eat in and get a great experience. read more

Delicious Mediterranean food in Pinecrest!! The restaurant is brand new and it's beautiful! Maximum occupancy is 44 persons. There is a small free parking lot north of the restaurant. Ordered two of my favorite chicken joojeh kabob platters, which comes with chicken, rice, salad, hummus and a piece of pita bread. The chicken is always so moist and tender. So Rice had a bunch of specials up on Uber last night most of their items were Bogo. I placed an order on Uber, including one of those Bogo's and somehow they removed that option before my order was sent out so I ended up having to pay twice for what should've been one order Now. Finally stopped in this location. The venue is nice, bright, and comfortable. Ordering is similar to what you experience at any other place ordering bowls. However, there are more offerings besides bowls. It was a little confusing at first but they had printed menus and the staff here were super amiable and helpful. Our food was clearly very fresh. Everything was tasty. I had never tried sumac sauce, wow delicious. The portions on a platter were quite generous. We each came home with leftovers. The only drawback is that I found it a bit pricey. This Review is only about their online website/delivery service. We love the food at this place however, I placed an order using Rice Mediterranean website and THEY DO NOT DISCLOSE NOT HAVING A DRIVER AND USE A THIRD PARTY TO DELIVER THE FOOD. After getting an estimated delivery time within 1 hour of ordering our food, it was 1.5'hours and the food had not been picked up. After calling the restaurant, I was informed they were not in charge of the delivery, and I proceeded to explain my frustration and that their website did not specify that. Their website has no way to cancel the order, I emailed their customer service and I'm hoping to receive a full refund. I hope that after writing this review they change their website so this does not happen to any other customer. read more

I got the Platter "Tenderloin Chenjeh Fries". The meat could not have been "Tenderloin" cut of meat. It was so chewy that it had to be full of fat. I just left most of it because it was just not edible for me. The Greek salad was very tasty and fresh though so at least I had something to eat. BTW I also want to mention that the better Mediterranean Restaurants have soft homemade pita bread. Theirs was hard and I think stale too.
