I recently came to McAlisters because of a nice Tmobile deal. We ordered through the app. Food was expected to be done by 5:50 PM. Upon arrival, it was not busy, there was one person waiting on their food, we saw that our orders on the screen, and there was only 3 orders total at the moment. However, we probably waited another 20 mins after. While we waited more people showed up, but our food was not getting done any quicker. People who ordered in person got their order first, and they came in at least 5-10 mins after we arrived. I have worked in the food industry, so I do understand that it gets busy, however when we came in time, it was announced that we were there to pick up the food. Only one employee apologized for how long it was taking. I would have thought that our food was going to be done first. The drinks were alright, we got the lemonade, and half sweet and unsweet tea. We ordered the King Club, Chicken salad Sandwich, Spicy Turkey Melt and the Max Spud. Mind you, these items were all half, so imagine waiting more than 30 mins total from the time we ordered to the time we got the food. The King club was good, the honey mustard added a nice sweetness. The Spicy Turkey melt was mid, I think it could do without the avocado. The Chicken Salad sandwich was good too, I love the little sweetness the cranberries added. The Max spud was also mid. I don't think I'm a baked potato kind of person. The vibes were like as if Panera and TooJays had a baby. Would come back for the food but service could improve. read more

This has to be one of the best BLTs I've had! This one comes with avocado and your choice of side. I chose to go with applesauce to sweeten my sweet tooth afterwards. I'm not used to getting applesauce as a side anywhere but I wanted to try. I also love that they give you a pickle because I am a pickle girly. The sandwich had the right amount of savory and crunch that I want and expect from a BLT. The addition of the avocado just makes it nice and creamy. The staff was very friendly, and I think this is a great spot for a work lunch or a meet up with a friend for lunch. They offer a variety of sandwiches that I have yet to try. Not pictured was the chicken tortillas soup that was also delicious but a bit salty. I was looking for something quick and delicious before my flight at MIA. After searching for an hour, all I could locate immediately around Miami Airport was mom & pop restaurants and a couple of well known fast food joints that I didn't want to eat at. I like trying new mom & pop restaurants, but not before a 5-hour flight. I prefer to eat somewhere and something that I know! This McAlister's Deli was about 15-minutes out of my way, but I was so happy to find it and quickly headed over. I absolutely love McAlister's Deli because I know I'm going to get quick, fresh, delicious food on the healthier side. I only wish they exist where I live! This location was easy to locate. The tables and restroom were very clean. The fella behind the register was not welcoming though. After I walked in the door, he just stood there looking at me saying nothing. I asked him a couple of food questions and he seemed annoyed by me asking. I ended up ordering my go-to Veggie Spud and sat down. My Veggie Spud arrived at the table hot and fresh within minutes. It was Absolutely Huge!!! Literally the biggest Spud I've ever received. I was so happy because I was very hungry. It was delicious and definitely worth every penny! Overall, I enjoyed my visit here. What a great lunch spot in Doral! Came here with a friend for a spontaneous lunch date and it was a great choice. It's located in a strip mall with ample parking with a bunch of little spots to eat! This reminds me of an elevated Panera and if you like baked potatoes they have a whole section to choose from! I opted for the you choose two which lets you get a choice of half a sandwich, half a soup, half a salad or half a spud. I choose half a garden turkey sandwich that came loaded with smoked turkey, cheese, spinach, tomatoes and avocado. It was the perfect size and came out nice and toasty. But now onto the salad...it blew me away! The salad comes with this amazing Chile lime vinaigrette and not to mention the black beans, corn, avocado, cheese and crunchy tortilla strips. If you like chicken tortilla soup you'll be a fan of this salad. My friend got the savannah salad that was topped off with a generous amount of Gorgonzola cheese and their signature club. Both meals came with a side of a pickle which was a nice touch. If you eat outside they are also dog friendly which is a plus for me. I work in Doral and was told about this place it's not far from my job! What a great Gem for lunchtime if you like healthy & fresh options there is a lot of variety! I ordered my food to go I opted to get the Choose 2 Half Avocado bacon sandwich Half a salad southwest chicken avocado salad with a chili lime vinaigrette both things were phenomenal! Fresh and so much flavor! I DiD order a slice of the Carrot cake since I love that, it taste amazing! Went to finally try it out for the first time. Place is nice inside and very spacious. I will be honest , it wasn't very welcoming. Person at register was just standing there without any emotion or did he greet us. I tried ordering the Memphian - i ordered the 12' with chips. Also ordered the club sandwich. I received my sandwich and noticed it was only a 6' on my plate. I tell the gentlemen that took my order " where is the other half?" He tried telling me that there wasn't a 12' of that sandwich when clearly there is and i specifically asked for a 12' . He turns around and looks at the menu and just tells me "oh i can get the manager and cancel order and place a new order for the 12'" then asked me for the sandwich back. I had to laugh. I'm like why would you take the sandwich back even if i was to cancel order go through all that and get charged again for your mistake? All you would have to do is just make another 6' lol. I had a meeting across the street in the office park and needed to get lunch before my next meeting. Than I noticed this place from across the street. It is located right next to a Chipotle and a Cold Stone Creamery. Upon entering you walk to back counter to place order and pay. I was drawn to the New Yorker which was a Pastrami sandwich that came with a side which I chose the potato salad. To drink I got an unsweetened ice tea that was ginormous so I had it with me the rest of the day. They give you a number a bring it to your table when ready. The sandwich was very large could only eat half. Did not bother taking the rest with me as it was not great. Just an average sandwich. The bread was not crunchy and delicious that you would normally get in a traditional NY deli. Nor was the pastrami itself hot, juicy and flavorful. The potato salad was definitely premade somewhere else. The price for the entire lunch was 11 bucks. Bigger than it looks from the outside with a nice selection of sandwiches, extremely friendly staff and great prices. Went for the 'Black Angus Club" which came with a side order (mac n cheese for me) and for under $10 it genuinely filled me up. Sandwich was great, thick generous amounts of roast beef, fresh vegetables and tasty horseradish. This so far has been my favourite location. They have a nice large outside eating area as well as indoors. Plenty of choices. I really wish that McAlister's would use real cheese in the spuds and not the Rotel sauce.. I like their variety especially their choose 2 option. Nice selection of soups, salads, and potatoes. Finally got to try this place out! It's like a mix of Panera Bread and Jason's Deli, but more organized and clean. I informed one of the managers that it was my first time and needed some insight on what they recommended. She made it clear that all their produce and deli meats are delivered and sliced every day at the restaurant. The iced tea is freshly brewed every day (which was amazing, btw). Nevertheless, she was very helpful and assisted me with every question and concern I had. I decided to play it safe and went with a "you-pick-two".. I customized a turkey sandwich and a broccoli & cheese spud. Paired it with an Arnold Palmer. Food didn't take much time to prepare, it was on my table in a matter of 4 minutes. Food was fresh and that Arnold Palmer hit the spot!!! So good!! Make sure you get one! Didn't want to leave without trying one of their desserts. I ordered a slice of their enormous carrot cake. Went back today for lunch. Had the spicy Southwest chicken sandwich. It was described as grilled chicken, guacamole, pepper jack fire roasted corn and play Bono pepper relish and chipotle ranch grilled on ciabatta bread. Also had the chicken tortilla soup with a side of nacho chips. Chips were way too salty! First off I will say the service is great there. Now back to my disappointing lunch. The soup was very heavy and thick like a stew which I was not expecting at all. I even make chicken tortilla soup at home and it's more like a broth then anything. Didn't like it but I ate it. The sandwich was very disappointing as well. The chicken looked like it had been laying around a while and was not presented nicely at all. The bread was soggy and was just blah. If I wasn't in a rush I would've sent back the meal and they had something else. Since this is a new place where my office is I'm going to go back and give them another chance. read more

McAlister's has been a godsend during this pandemic. Being part of an essential business, we barely have time at work to leave the office and so happy that they deliver. They sandwiches are all tasty and fresh and come with a side. Some days I'll choose chips, other days fruit or veggies. It's a good lunch delivered quickly to your door. Really need to thank them for feeding us at the office. Maybe I'm just spoiled when it comes to my idea of a "deli". See, when a restaurant calls itself a deli, I think of the old school places like "Wolfies, Rascal House, or Jerry's" where the meats are piled sky high, the sides are decadent, and the place is a full kitchen/restaurant. This place is honestly more of a upscale Subway (think Panera Bread). The hot sides are limited and the sandwich was on the skimpier side. The food tasted good, but maybe I just was expecting something more grand. It was an ordinary sandwich place and I would return if in the area, but nothing I would go out of the way for. read more
