She was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable and even managed to meet or beat every one of the NY store's prices. She gave me a link where I was able to leave a deposit and told me how to arrange for delivery when I return south in a month. In brief, my experience with Mattress Firm was a very pleasant one and Kayla was great to deal with. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company.

They had an amazing bed on sale (the Sealy Posturpedic -Plus Determination II Ultra Firm" bed). I have 3 herniated & slipped discs & 2 annular cracks in my spine (from a bad car wreck where I was plowed into on my driver's side at 40mph). & I have had such a terrible time searching for a new mattress. I went to Morrell's in Gainesville for their going-out-of-business sale, but couldn't find anything affordable. So, I had to get a floor model for $300 (half off), but it was a memory foam mattress, & if you know anything about memory foam beds with no coils, it is that they wear out within 10-12 months (or less!). I had the worse time sleeping from December '21-February '22 that I never want to go through that nightmare again! I couldn't afford anything until mid January, & the mattress I got from Morrell's helped me for a month, before it started getting too soft. & I had bought a mattress from Ashley's , but it wasn't firm enough,, so I had to go through their nightmare of a process of returning it (donating it to get a refund-takes 7 weeks to get refund-nightmare! I do not recommend Ashely's Home store ever!! Terrible!) But then, I found "Sleep Center"! I have to go to the chiropractor every 2 weeks religiously for years, & he told me to try "Sleep Center". He said they were the best in Gainesville, & he was right! He wrote me an Rx letter prescribing a good bed, so I could get the taxes omitted. I was scared they wouldn't accept it if the bed was on sale (bc Morrell's didnt), but they did! & I'm on a tight budget, so it really helped! My Sealy bed was $1299, usually $2200+. AND Sleep Center gave me a FREE foundation!! I told them Morell's sold me one that was missing a piece, with only 3 sides, so he gave me a $250 foundation no charge! How nice is that!!! I'm STOKED with them! They're AMAZING!! & then, on top of that, they drove my bed out to me in the country (in Graham/Hampton, near Waldo, way out in the woods) for FREE!! & they picked up my old mattress & foundation! Im a Sleep Center customer for LIFE!! Never been happier. If you're in the market for a new bed, give them a try! Seriously!! & if you need a firm bed, bc you have a bad neck &/or back, like me, try this bed out! It's actually firm, with some padding. Never been happier! (& I have 30 days to return it for something better if I don't like it, & I would just pay the difference in price.) too cool! All around 5 Stars I'd give them 6, if I could!! SO Happy with them! Oh, & no pressure! They didn't follow me out the door when I had to go to my car, like Morell's did. You'll love this place! 6 star customer service!! Just try them out already! You won't be disappointed!

Met Heather she was very knowledgeable about all of the refrigerators they had and had one exactly like the one I was replacing. It's a decent deal. ***Updated Review*** We received the bed today, which was a…read morepretty fast 2-day delivery period. However, the delivery made the four stars go down to three. We had to pay for a red glove delivery that the wording got changed to platinum, but there was not really any description of what that would be. We were told that we would be able to choose the height of the bed. they installed the bed without asking for the height, and my husband had to tell them to lower it. They didn't seem pleased to have to do it, as the mattress was already installed on the base.they should have asked us before adding the mattress on top. They left without ensuring that the app was set up. Setting up the app entailed us getting under the bed to get the serial number, finding the sensors also under the bed which had not been put into their correct pockets, as well as attempting to find the setup box with a blinking light under the frame which is just inches off the ground so you can't crawl under the bed in order to set up the Wi-Fi. Fortunately, I am computer savvy so setting up the app wasn't difficult, but it was a bit of a challenge. Once we had to add my husband, it became a bit more challenging. they should have stayed to make sure it was all set up, like Sleep Number does. especially when you're paying for a bed that is three times the cost of a sleep number bed! Overall, I felt like they just dropped off the frame and put the mattress on top, plugging in a few wires. We did most of the complicated work. No high end, red glove or platinum service. One thing we found when putting in the sensors was a defect in the mattress. I've taken a picture of it to show the store and document so that our warranty is not void. ***** We went in looking for a purple mattress and found a much better choice for us. Julio was our non-pressure salesperson who stood by and led us from mattress to mattress over a two hour period as we tossed and turned and snuggled. We tried the sleep Number bed before, but ended up having too many aches and pains. Julio had a variety of beds from several manufacturers after listening to what we were looking for. Once we found the bed, he offered us options for adjustable base and financing. Overall, the transactions went fairly smooth. The reason for a four-star instead of a five-star review is because the prices were not clearly marked. It was a bit of a sticker shock for the bed that we finally did choose. And then, even though the mattress has a 20-year warranty, that can be void if we don't buy the $150 mattress protector. And the base was originally quoted as $1,600, but was actually $2,000 on sale. I realize this was just a mistake, but it all adds up. And that was the problem, at the end it all added up. The other issue was the information for the warranty was rattled off, but we never received anything regarding it in writing. Hopefully we will at time of delivery. fortunately my husband has a good memory, and wrote it down when we got in the car. That's not the same as having a pamphlet with the information. Overall, we are happy with our purchase, and will be spending the next 4 years paying for something that will hopefully will last 10 to 20!

"Don't get excited, I'm not here to buy a mattress" I announced as I entered the store. Vince welcomed me with a smile and the offer to explore the store. We got to chatting about the mattress and why the purpchase. Vince was very knowledgeable about the various mattresses. He recommended the hotel style mattress. Next thing I know I'm canceling my online order and purchased a mattress at the store. Two days later, Vince and his son delivered and set up the mattress.
