Rather than replacing the older toilet I called Havasu Hardware and this cordial lady answered and informed me that they had exactly the parts I needed but they were universal parts. When I got there I was greeted by that same cordial lady with a huge smile :) and a gentleman who looked like he knew just about everything walked me to where the parts where located. Thankfully he works here because he showed me exactly what I needed and how to do what I was repairing! Extremely helpful staff. Go here first, then go to home depot if they don't have it. P.S. I was a longtime Lowes customer / California, Mississippi, Oregon,etc. I want to purchase 2 foot…read morelong x 5 1/2 inch wide Red Oak. Hardly ever in stock / "Fire your supplyer". I wanted to purchase a 6 foot length and have them cut it into 24 inch pieces with their vertical table saw. three times now. Their answer : We can cut chicken little ABS sheets, but the saw blade is worn out and dull and won't cut the Red Oak wood and management won't buy a new blade and have it installed. I have noticed that the store is lacking customers, and the parking lot is relatively empty, unlike Home Depot. Management can not seem to pull it off. Lowes Corporation may want to subsidize this store for a period of time, but at the current rate it will surely close it's doors sooner rather than later. P.S. And this just isn't their only problem. Home Depot is looking better and better all the time (With no excuses)!
