Our front yard was torn up & not evened out after roto tilling, & there was still a huge amount of thatch left unraked. We called to have them come back. They said it looked good. We said that it did not, and asked them to redo the seeding. They did. When the grass started to come up, we were horrified to find that there were 2 different colors! I placed 2 or 3 phone calls to the company to say that we were very unhappy. Our calls were not returned. I spent all of last Fall re- raking and dethatching my lawn. It was an enormous amount of work, especially as I have a bad back, and am no longer young. When Spring came around this year again, I had to dethatch my lawn again because so much thatch had been left unraked by the company to begin with. I also had to reseed, to try to get the lawn all one color. We specifically told the company that we needed to have our lawn looking great, so that we might have the option of putting the house on the market within a couple of years. This company was highly recommended, so we are very put out and disappointed. We paid a lot of money for the work, & I ended up having to redo everything myself by hand. I am including pictures of the patchwork looking colors of the lawn, as well as the wheelbarrows full of thatch that I raked and hauled back into my woods. After hiring him, he drops off a random guy at the job site and then completely disappears. The work that was done was sloppy and unprofessional. See the photos. I had to hire a real professional to come in and fix the damage he caused. He left all his trash behind and vanished as soon as he gets paid. Good luck trying to get in contact with him after that. Save yourself the time, money and stress. Look somewhere else for a Honest professional & real Mason.
