I called Keystone to complain. James came out to investigate and told me that they would rake out the damaged area and reseed. Well after I called back two more times to find out what is going on; Keystone had not keep their word to repair the damage lawn. Mind you, the damage area is a very small area and would take about 15 minutes to repair. Shame on you, Keystone!
