Dr. Ramos is truly dedicated to getting you to where you want to be and has been instrumental in my healing journey to be my best and healthiest self. Dr. Mari is also incredibly knowledgeable and skilled and especially in the world of homeopathy! I cannot even begin to express my gratitude and love for this place. I started coming here in early 2023 for vitamin injections. I used to occasionally get them somewhere else but found them and wanted to give it a try because I had also been thinking about the idea of getting a naturopath. I'm SO GLAD I DID. I loved the environment so much that after a view visits of vitamin injections I decided to setup a free phone call with Dr. Ramos (who was the sole naturopath at the clinic at the time--there are several incredible ones now!) to go over my goals and concerns to see if it would be a right fit. At first my biggest concern was hormones because my mother and her sister both had estrogen sensitive breast cancer and I wanted to get ahead of that potentially. Well, when my appointment rolls around, I was experiencing a horrible eczema flare up. Things shifted from that to addressing the current concern which was my skin. We did bloodwork and came up with a plan and within a few weeks my skin was so clear I was so happy! Fast forward to summer of 2025. I was suffering the absolute worst flare up of my life which was worsened further by a medication prescribed by my allergist. I felt hopeless and suffered for months before finally coming back to Kyra Kare because I was in so much pain and so self conscious even leaving my house. I knew what had always given me a boost was an IV. I sucked it up, made an appointment, came in and was greeted with so much care and compassion and both Dr. Ramos and Dr. Mari quickly came up with the perfect drip for me. At the end of it I was already feeling so much better. Dr. Mari has been so amazing at recommending IVs for me too! She's so sweet and so knowledgeable! I re-established care w/ Dr. Ramos and did another round of bloodwork and came up with a game plan once again and the results astounded not only myself but also my Dermatologist and Primary Care Physician. Within just 4 weeks my skin was healing so rapidly just as it had the first time I worked with Dr. Ramos the year and a half prior. You have to be willing to put in the work and be consistent because healing is a team effort as you need to be committed to the protocols prescribed to you too. He has moved from the East Coast, Orange County, San Diego County, Los Angeles County and onward to Texas and back again to California over about a 10 to 15 year period. Clients need to ask why he has moved so frequently, as a stable business doesn't do that and one that runs based on a set of ethical standards and principles. He has changed the name of his business over the last couple of years where it was called Simple Healing and now refers to himself as Dr. Ask and the name Fast Healing. I don't want to discredit this man as a person but I also don't want him to continue to prey on many of his clients by pressing them for money and having them take large doses of herbs when they are not well and are uncertain what direction to take. He can be rude, he can be very insensitive, he can be many things that are not part of what America Stands for. It was not until I had a professional known throughout the world palpate my Lymphatic and Visceral Systems and asked my spouse point blank, "Does your Husband Drink Alcohol?" The answer was No, but he does take a lot of liquid herbs from a Alex Strande at Simple Healing. Long story short, the liquid herbs were 80 Proof Alcohol. The Alcohol is a wonderful carrier for the herbs but at what cost to a person's body if it is a long-term health crisis. I'm just fortunate I didn't develop an alcohol dependence issue and damaged my liver. Needless to stay, I gathered enough courage to pull myself away from this man's grip of money focused hope, gathered all the herbs that I had been taking including liquids, capsules and powders, placed them in a large stainless steel bowl and burned the entire liquid mess on my large property. It literally burned for hours because of the high alcohol content of the liquid herbs and in my heart and mind said good bye to all this crap along with the man that gave it all to me. He does criticize the medical community which is filled with many problems I agree, but honestly he holds even less credibility then they do because of his behavior and underlying selfish motives. Anyway, I moved forward from this man's grip on my life and found others that would help me with professionalism, integrity, genuine consistent caring and a love of what they do to help me get well. I have often wondered where he was located and did some research to find that he has the same reputation of negative behavior that eventually catches up with him along his journey. That is why he moves so often, so that he can make as much money as he can before there is enough negative that overwhelms his business that he moves again and restarts in another location. I will give him credit for being a very driven man, but just maybe, he will take some dedicated time to get help for himself, so that he is living his life with honesty and integrity as he helps others in need of health related services, instead of with the underlying scram-like, money focused approach that he uses with fragile people. He gets 1 star because he is not operating his business with the heart of a healer with integrity and honesty. The client should always be first, and if you do awesome work the money will naturally follow. It is wrong to force things upon others to fill your pockets full of money and it is even that much worse when done in a health oriented business where people are looking for hope and are fragile.
