The girls up front are always so friendly and efficient. I've seen 2 different doctors in this office and they both are outstanding. I went in on my last visit in severe pain the girls got me right back in the room with the heat pads and when I was done the doctor took me right in and spent a lot of time loosening me up before my adjustments. I have never been left waiting in this office like other places that may overbook. When I first started coming I was covered under my insurance. My new insurance does not cover chiropractic services and no price gouging here! They are extremely reasonable. Parking is so easy as well, right behind the office. They also offer massage services. I wish I would have had an opportunity to meet the Dr. but Alma the front desk lady upon answering the phone was very cold & short. She lacks the friendly demeanor that's welcoming and inviting for new patients. With her as the first impression means less business for the Dr. / company. I'm sure many people have turned down the opportunity for care here because of her. Once I got to the office, she was not helpful with providing insurance knowledge. It's almost as of she was upset for asking her to do her job. She was shame talking a patient who had emailed her, so mindlessly & loud that I got to hear it. Huge HIPAA violation. I should report her. Absolutely disrespectful to the healthcare field & patients in the lobby having to hear that. Very unprofessional of Alma. Shame on her. I later called to speak to the manager to kindly let them know of my experience, but I was told there is no manager and that I would have to speak to the Dr, but that he wasn't available. read more

I am only going to focus on part of the problem that belongs to the location. 1. Why have an email address if you are not going to answer emails? 2. Why have a website that schedules if you not going to go by it? 3. Why confirm if you are going to refuse to see the person? 4. Why call to confirm an appointment without having the ducks in a row? 5. Why have a phone if your not going to answer it? We have emailed a few times, left messages, scheduled on the website. I gave up on it, this was creating more problems then it would fix. I didn't understand why Community Care, told us to call... Until now. When appointments are scheduled, they need to find out how the person is paying, insurance etc. If they plan to keep the online scheduling then use it completely and confirm the appoints(with payment method). read more
