I am still in their care and yesterday's wonderful pre-session massage from John and quick yet effective adjustment from Dr C had, to my surprise not only contributed to my shoulder, neck and lower back pain being gone but also cleared my sinuses (!!) and caused my body to get in a deep relaxed mode. The girls up front are always so friendly and efficient. I've seen 2 different doctors in this office and they both are outstanding. I went in on my last visit in severe pain the girls got me right back in the room with the heat pads and when I was done the doctor took me right in and spent a lot of time loosening me up before my adjustments. I have never been left waiting in this office like other places that may overbook. When I first started coming I was covered under my insurance. I wish I would have had an opportunity to meet the Dr. but Alma the front desk lady upon answering the phone was very cold & short. She lacks the friendly demeanor that's welcoming and inviting for new patients. With her as the first impression means less business for the Dr. / company. I'm sure many people have turned down the opportunity for care here because of her. Once I got to the office, she was not helpful with providing insurance knowledge. It's almost as of she was upset for asking her to do her job. She was shame talking a patient who had emailed her, so mindlessly & loud that I got to hear it. Huge HIPAA violation. I should report her. Absolutely disrespectful to the healthcare field & patients in the lobby having to hear that. Very unprofessional of Alma. Shame on her. They cracked my neck and back and pulled on one of my legs once and they said I was done.The adjustment was less than 5min. If the chiropractor would not have initiated small talk I would of been out of there in under 5min. I am only going to focus on part of the problem that belongs to the location. 1. Why have an email address if you are not going to answer emails? 2. Why have a website that schedules if you not going to go by it? 3. Why confirm if you are going to refuse to see the person? 4. Why call to confirm an appointment without having the ducks in a row? 5. Why have a phone if your not going to answer it? We have emailed a few times, left messages, scheduled on the website. I gave up on it, this was creating more problems then it would fix. I didn't understand why Community Care, told us to call... Until now. When appointments are scheduled, they need to find out how the person is paying, insurance etc. If they plan to keep the online scheduling then use it completely and confirm the appoints(with payment method). read more

I'll add that his staff is also very friendly, organized, and efficient. What prompted me to write this was that I've had a nagging tennis sports injury for a while. Dr. Rob recommended with confidence that I try the Cryotherapy to help with my issue. Whoa... wow was he right! In addition to the adjustments, the Cryotherapy sessions that have done wonders.
