They gave terrible expectations for when they'd be ready and then got upset when I'd check in after their proposed finish date. They then lied to me about how I couldn't pick them up due to a supposed insurance issue, then proceed to tell me 2 hours later that I can pick them up and that they'll make an exception. When I get there they cancelled the doctor appt without my say. The doctor shows up and has an attitude when I ask a question about the orthotics because i "didn't have an appt". Well it was cancelled on me! Awful awful awful! NEVER go here

I recently began having trouble in my neck - leading me to another doctor in this group who specializes in this area - Dr. Hicks. This is a man who will sit with you for a minute or 30 - depending on YOUR level of knowledge and concern regarding what is going on with your back. Because I like to say "he has my back" - excuse the pun. This place works for me. Not a lot of fluff. Great doctors (well, 2 so far!) who go the extra mile. Make an appointment!

There is nothing worse than back pain or foot pain. Your feet hold up the whole body, as does your…read moreback. You can't short change yourself when it comes to these doctors. You need competent doctors here, and for your feet there are no better ones than the doctors at Family Footcare. It's what they do. Only feet. That's their specialty. You get through the paperwork, and then they usually take you to a room where they soak your feet in a warm whirlpool of water. Then if your nails need to be clipped, they are done right there. After that, they give you designer slippers made of paper, and shuffle you to an office, and it's there where you get a doctor who knows what they are doing. If you need inserts, or new shoes, or medicine to treat your foot problem, you can relax and know that they have it all. Soup to nuts as I would say, except they really don't have soup, and they're not nuts.

The office staff is friendly and I actually enjoyed talking with them as they took a personal interest in me. When I met Dr Yarden, he wasn't the stiff professional that I expected. He's straightforward, asks good questions and, hands down, one of the smartest physicians I've come across. He was confident and took time explaining what was going on with my Achilles and how it could be repaired. Surgery was a breeze, but the post-op treatment was really outstanding.
