I was only receiving facial injections. However Dr kept insisting on collecting urine for possible vulva tightening. I expected a higher level of professionalism and transparency as well as empathy for what he called me "loose vagina". Unfortunately I did not feel comfortable proceeding with the treatment and will not be returning to this chop shop office.

I've also purchased two more garments so I have 4 in total they cost about $120 each. Massages, draining, ultrasound thingy, arnica pills, bruise creams/oil have totaled over $1000. My next appt is six weeks out. This is so far and not final result. You'll also feel tingling and sharp pains in the area that was liposuctioned. I've been taking pictures and journaling everyday

I had been seeing this office for almost 3 years because I had a pretty bad case of cystic acne…read morestarting in my early 20's. I had large pustules on my forehead. The dermatologist had prescribed me various creams and washes, but the only thing they ever gave mem that actually helped, was monodox (an oral antibiotic.) Once my acne was cleared up, they should have weened me off the antibiotic, but they didn't. Every time I returned to the doctor I told them I didn't want to keep taking the pills and they would just try to give me more prescriptions because my face still wanted to break out. They gave me so any drying products, that after these 2 years of seeing him, I had deep set wrinkles on my forehead. The long term use of antibiotics also took a toll on my immune system. I ended up contracting shingles which is really rare at my age. I decided I needed to get off these meds with or without their help. I was looking for natural remedies and a friend had suggested tea tree oil as a spot treatment which worked wonders. I had mentioned my use of tea tree oil to the doctor and he ignored me entirely. I got off the meds and cleared my skin on my own, and I'l will never be returning. Also instead of removing things, they will biopsy them first, make you come back to get stitches removed, then have you come back again to get it removed, and a second stitch removal. That just created more scar tissue, and what they were removing was scar tissue..... There's no reason to do that, you can biopsy things after you remove them. 4 copays for them beats 2 I supposed

5-Star Review for Dr. Benjamin Lam…read more I can't say enough amazing things about Dr. Benjamin Lam and his team (Beth) . From my very first consultation, he made me feel completely comfortable, heard, and confident in my decision. He was honest, kind, and incredibly detailed in explaining what to expect before, during, and after my tummy tuck. The results have truly exceeded my expectations -- my stomach looks amazing! My incision is clean, smooth, and healing beautifully. Dr. Lam's work is not just skilled, it's artful. I feel like myself again -- even better -- and that's something I'll always be grateful for. His staff Bath has also been wonderful every step of the way, answering every question with patience and care. I never once felt rushed or dismissed. The entire experience has been life-changing for me, and I'm beyond thankful I chose Dr. Lam. If you're considering a tummy tuck or any cosmetic procedure, I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Benjamin Lam. He's truly the best at what he does.

Despite the delay in scheduling the extraction of a fractured molar due to the illness of the oral…read moresurgeon on the original appointment date, when the hour finally arrived over one month later I was pleased overall with the experience. Two visits were required. First, a two minute evaluation with the surgeon to allow him a visual check on my condition, and to briefly discuss the appropriate anesthesia (local or general) for the procedure. My cracked and partially missing tooth was fairly straight forward, so we agreed that a local would be sufficient. Two months later on the appointed day, I appeared a few minutes early in case there was paperwork, although I had submitted the dentist's information before the first appointment. Still, there appeared to be a lack of coordination between the front desk and the part time surgical team (including surgeon), so I sat in the waiting room for 40 minutes being ignored by the staff until the surgical assistant wondered where I was and why I hadn't been sent back to their small work area in back. Turned out, there were a bit more questions to answer, which I completed quickly. Shortly, the surgeon came in and began sedating my gums around the tooth to be removed. He injected a lot of numbing agent and it took a while for it to do its job. He returned a third time with one more shot for good measure and went after the broken soldier with a dental pliers. He torqued and yanked and pulled and had that bad boy out in about two minutes. I had to ask if it was extracted and was pleased when he was affirmative. Not completely painless, but so fast that I had no complaints. I was out of the chair and preparing to leave just a few minutes later. The assistant gave me a bag with gauze, ice bag and written directions to take home. It would have been more comprehensive had she explained everything I should be doing, such as to take ibuprofen and Tylenol Extra Strength as soon as I got home before the local anesthetic wore off, and how to use the gauze and ice pack, but luckily I read the instructions and avoided any problems. 24 hours later and I am without pain, nor bleeding and haven't needed the ice pack for swelling. All good. Still careful what I eat, and admit to a mild brain fog from the remains of the anesthesia in my system. Four Surgical Stars for the folks who took care of me well. Two Uncoordinated Stars for the lack of same between the front desk and the surgical crew.

Avoid this office at all cost if you want good work and good patient care. Their website states that they offer emergency visits and that they do root canals and they do not.
