This place absolutely ruined my eyebrows. I had read a lot of positive reviews of their brow shaping, which I later found out were for an aesthetician who no longer works there. I went in for an eyebrow wax and was crystal clear that I wanted my brows to stay very thick, like they've always been, and to just clean up the edges a little. I ended up with the thinnest and worst eyebrows I've ever had. One of them is only three millimeters thick -- I measured when I got home. I say "one of them" because they're also totally uneven ... one is much longer than the other, and they're at totally different angles. I wouldn't wish the experience of opening your eyes to look in the mirror and being horrified at your reflection on anyone. Keep your eyebrows far away from this place. read more

I was going to GLO DERMA regularly for vitamin infusions. I have chronic illnesses so it was really helpful. The nurses who did the infusions were really great. I had it set up that if I missed an appointment I would just pay in full since a staff member would be put on the schedule in order to take care of me. Well one day the owner called screaming that I had missed an appointment. I told her I was more than willing to pay in full for the missed appointment. She didn't accept that, she just wanted to scream and yell, I assume she was making a show of it for her employees. I've never been back. Pretty shocked they're still open actually. read more

I love this place! I came here straight after a 12 hr overnight shift for an IV drip. I've been working too much recently, and needed the hydration and vitamins. I contacted one other place, who never got back to me, but the lovely woman at the front desk answered the phone right away! She booked me, answered my questions, everything! Some other aesthetic businesses I've been to can make you feel awkward about asking too many questions, but not here! The place is decorated beautifully, everyone is super welcoming, and we were very excited. Patti was a gem, she is amazing at IV's. I've recently had blood drawn 3 times and all of them I bruised horribly, but Patti was an expert. My mother in law says she wants to work here after she's retired from the life of an ER nurse, and hey if you ever need an xray tech-- you can have me too! This was my first visit here, as I recently moved to the area from NYC. I wish they had an online appointment scheduler, but it was easy enough to call. I was a bit skeptical because a lot of what is posted on their Instagram was staff not wearing masks or social distancing, sharing non-work related things like dancing, and some of the highlighted work is a bit "much" (big lips). The front desk staff was very friendly and the lobby and offices were cute and small. I filled out a form confirming I had gotten the vaccine, had not felt sick, etc. They also took my temperature. The nurse who did my dysport injections was very nice - answered my questions and explained how they prefer using dysport to botox (I have had xeomin and botox before). There was no numbing to my forehead (which I have had some of the time), nor did she wear gloves during the process (which I'd never experienced before). Some of the injections were in different places than where I'd received them before which made me curious about the results. It also meant experiencing some pain in places (between eyebrows and side of eyes) like I'd never experienced before. OUCH! These areas continued to hurt for about 10 days and I had bruising on the outside corner of my eyes that was still fading 10 days later. This really shocked me, and I wasn't sure if it was specific to that treatment, using dysport, or the fact it had been over a year since I'd done this kind of thing. Some of the post-injection instructions were also different like no makeup right after. Overall, I am really happy with my results. There is still a somewhat stubborn line on my left forehead, but that is always the case. I looked smooth and refreshed for my wedding day last week. I look forward to going back here again and trying this treatment again, as well as other treatments. read more

Save your money. This place offers no specials EVER unless you get a IV which is 10% off. This week's theme is The Sprinkle and there are ZERO deals or kick back to the customer. If by chance the customer does get kick back it comes from the products manufacture.. WHICH SHE RARELY passes to customer. The manufactures give these places deals for customers and ever since she opened this new place and became the owner NEVER a deal. Most places offer some type of deal on fillers and botox. NOT HERE EVER. She over charges for dysport. The filler does not last as long as it should. Multiple people are getting lips done and they are flat in 6 weeks max even after a few appointments. Never an itemized receipt at checkout or ever a talk of price while you are in the back getting work done unless you ask, then you go to the register and are given a bill for services without an itemized receipt and it's always a HUGE SURPRISE in regards to the total. They do give you free champagne so you can get all boozed up and spend. It's a shame because the place is nice but its a rip off. The products are not lasting as they should, so you need to go back more often and spend more money. Maybe she will throw you a break if your are a VIP customer but do the amount you have to spend for that is more then a mortgage payment.
