I ordered 2 pairs of glasses. When I went to pick them up the 1 pair was wrong. They were sent back. When I went to pick up the corrected new pair they were wrong again. I also brought in a pair of my own frames that I wanted new lenses for. They called me 2 weeks later and said they lost my frames and to come in and pick a new pair. Those lenses came in wrong. I waisted so much time with this company. Then several weeks later after thinking I paid in full I was billed another $200.00. Total for 1 pair of glasses $853.60 each. Unbelievable!!!

Greeted with a smile, easy check in as a new patient, wait time was excellent and short, Robin who took all important medical information from RX information, allergies to surgical information was excellent. Top notch care quality. Tests were done that I never ever had done. Dr. Shaheen was communicative, a good listener, reviewed all my test results. Pressure check was somewhat of a concern and prescribed a stronger eye drop to reduce the pressure in my eyes. I have to return in a month to have my pressure rechecked to see if the pressure has improved. Overall, my office visit as a New Patient was above and beyond. The entire staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful in all ways. It was truly the most thorough and professional eye exam I have ever had in my life, and I left feeling at ease and I even got some cute frames on top of it all!
