Ordered contact lenses the same day, I was told they should be ready for pick up the next Monday and their staffs will call me. I waited to the next Tuesday, no calls. So I called them instead. I was told the contacts haven't arrived -ok that happens but some sort of update would be appreciated. I asked if she can check with the provider since I will be out the country the following week. She told me she will call me back with an update by EOD, but nothing happened. I called again the next day, someone picked up and told me my contacts should be ready for pick up on Friday, and again they will call me. Today is Friday, no one has reached out. When I called them, I found out that they close every Friday. Use your own judgement before making an appointment.
