I had 3 sets of dentures made by Dr. Thompson and all 3 fall completely out mouth she told me to add adhesive reapply I am up to 6x a day. I have not been able to chew or eat or speak with them since 06/12/25. Dr. Thompson stated I just might be a person who just cant wear dentures. I had massive abscess she called traumatic ulcer refuse to give me antibiotics. I had to see ear nose throat specialist now I have to see a endodontist to repair damage. I asked for refund Dr. Thompson said HIPPA laws prevented her from refunding my money. Please stay away I am permanent disfigured I have no top teeth in my mouth and she could care less. I already have a crown on the tooth that may need a root canal, and I wanted to know whether, if the existing crown is in good condition and can be retained, their provider can permanently restore the access hole made through the crown after the root canal. I was told that they normally place a temporary filling and send patients back to their general dentist. I understood that, but that wasn't what I was asking. I wasn't asking anyone to determine over the phone whether my particular crown could be restored. I simply wanted to know whether permanent restoration of an existing crown is something their providers will do when clinically appropriate. I even asked if she could check with the provider. Instead of getting a simple answer such as, "Yes, we can do that if the crown is suitable," or "No, our office never does permanent restorations and always refers patients back to their dentist," I was told that it depends on the provider and my situation and that I would need to come in for a consultation. That's what I found frustrating. I completely understand needing an examination to determine whether my crown is suitable to keep. But I don't believe I should have to pay nearly $200 just to find out whether the provider offers the service I'm looking for in the first place. I ultimately decided not to schedule. The interaction left me feeling like getting me booked for a paid consultation was more important than simply finding out from the provider whether this was something they were willing to do.

My 18 year old college student recently called me from her dorm literally crying in pain saying her jaw hurt. We got in with our dentist same day and were referred to Endodontic Associates as it appeared a nerve died in a tooth that had a cavity filled a few years back. They got us in within 25 minutes, diagnosed her, and to my great surprise offered to do the root canal the same day. My daughter came out of the procedure saying that it went smoothly and she had no pain or discomfort throughout. She reiterated how friendly, caring and nice Dr. Sparrow and his staff were. He explained everything and even drew a diagram to show my daughter exactly what to expect prior to getting started. She woke this morning to no pain and was back to her typical self. Very professional and did a great job on my root canal. I had a flare up of some pain two days later and had to have the on call staff have my dentist call me. I didn't want to disturb his weekend, but he was very nice. He explained why it might be flaring up, told me what medication to use, including a prescription antibiotic and Tylenol every 6 hours. It worked and I didn't have any more pain. This may be a bit of a detailed review, but I can't stress enough how caring and professional they were. I would go to them again if I had any future needs.
