I couldn't be happier given the circumstances. They rigged it up where it would work the next day until they could complete the project. They did a fantastic job. OK, there was some arguing on the phone, but it wasn't from me and when I got on the phone, I asked the office manager a few questions and she kept telling me about her policy. The man who came to fix the leak didn't know how to find the leak. He made 7 holes in my walls. I paid him 2400.00 to fix the leak . He informed me at the end that Alco doesn't fix holes . I would have to get a sheetrock man. Then he said he could fix it but it would cost 350. He came when he got off work each day and made a huge mess. This went on for about a week. I finally found someone else who would come back and fix it for me. He did a beautiful job, but that cost another 900.00.
