I just could not do it myself. They showed up and took care of it. There are still some good people out there and Baker Brothers employees some of these people. Atmos energy came out to test the line and with his testing equipment showed a gas leak the technician said the gas line was loose. I might add that when I was at seventh grade my family's house burnt to the ground because of the exact same thing a loose gas pipe to the stove. OK, there was some arguing on the phone, but it wasn't from me and when I got on the phone, I asked the office manager a few questions and she kept telling me about her policy. The man who came to fix the leak didn't know how to find the leak. He made 7 holes in my walls. I paid him 2400.00 to fix the leak . He informed me at the end that Alco doesn't fix holes . I would have to get a sheetrock man. Then he said he could fix it but it would cost 350. He came when he got off work each day and made a huge mess. This went on for about a week. I finally found someone else who would come back and fix it for me. He did a beautiful job, but that cost another 900.00.
