The staff took time to give me a detailed home plan and gave me a kit with antibiotic mouthwash, prescriptions, and follow up. I was impressed by their modern array of up to date diagnostics like the dental CT scan. The bone graft they placed has healed completely on follow up x-ray. This is high quality, expert, friendly, and a caring specialty dental practice I recommend.

Usually people do not say that they had a great time at the dentist, but I had a blast. The staff....each and every one of them were just very down-to-earth and kind. Not a frown in the office. I only waited for about 10 mins after checking in. The lobby was immaculate and smelled wonderful. Oh, what I loved too was that you park and the door is right there. No hunting for the location and wandering around like a mad person in this heat. It was very easy to get to. So anyway.... I was taken back to the room, which was not closed off yet private enough that I did not feel the whole office was looking in my mouth. His assistant (Orianna...I remember the Anna part..sorry girl) asked me what brought me in and I explained all of my concerns. She made me feel comfortable with being really honest with her about my issues. She took x-rays and was super conversational in the process which continued to help calm my jitters. The doctor came in and ran a thorough review of my mouth and my x-rays. All I know is, the last dentist I visited was not as detailed with a game plan on how to get me back to 100%. He broke everything down in layman's terms. I was able to understand the what and the why to get us to a final outcome that we both would be happy with. I appreciate how willing they were to take the time to explain everything to me. I left with no unanswered questions and future appointments have been booked. I have already referred a close friend, and I am sure she will keep the trend after she visits with Dr. M and his team. I have not been so optimistic on my oral health in a long time. Dr. Hamarnah and her staff helped me feel comfortable from the start. From initial intake to my first meeting, Dr. Hamarnah helped develop a plan to fix some long required issues. She had me deal with a top Periodontist to have some teeth extracted. That went very well and then she somehow worked with a lab (magic?) and had me fit with temporary teeth the next day. The cost was very fair and I felt well taken care of. The follow up from Dr. Hamarnah and her staff was excellent. He discovered a cavity that needed attention that was overlooked by that office. They were able to get me in quickly for a deep cleaning appt and fill the cavity at the same time, to utilize half of the numbing agent. I like his demeanor and how my options were presented to me. The office environment was pleasant. His hygenist appeared to be thorough. I was told by a periodontist that they could perform a "laser cleaning" at the cost of $5,000. Knowing that bone loss can't be reversed, not sure how a laser cleaning could be justified. Sometimes you have to make decisions that just make sense based on your age, your finances and the long term goal. So even though the cost may somtimes be out of pocket, if you don't like your dentist, CONSIDER YOUR ALTERNATIVES AND GET SECOND OPINIONS WHENEVER YOU CAN.

My biggest struggle was trying to get returned phone call. After two weeks of waiting, I ended up going to the office .I would hope for a better office experience with returning phone calls. After going into the office I realized they did not return the phone calls because it was about the billing. After looking at an itemized list of the service I was sad to see that the billing is not honest . I personally spoke to Gabby that was not being transparent. The billing department is not honest to say the least. Please take an interest in the billing and over billing the patient.I'I don't know if the Dr is aware of this.
