Now let's move on to the hygienist, Karla! What a gem! Karla is kinda and considerate and funny!! Richard was helping Dr. Kromrey with my crown today. He is there as a potential new hire to the staff at Palms Dental. I was asked my opinion of him as a new staff member. I was very impressed by Dr. Kromrey that he values the opinions of a patient. Even as new as I am! And once again, Richard is a great person who will be a wonderful asset. It is that gentle hand! There is one other girl that helped a few weeks ago, with my root canal. Both Dr and assistant were outstanding! I did not feel a thing!! And last but never least is the office staff. Always a smiling face to greet you and a cheerful smile when you leave. They will take excellent care of you. I also have to comment on timeliness! I don't care what time my appt is, I am always taken back and procedure begins within 5 minutes after I enter the office. Implant procedure went fine the…read moreafter-care has been awful. 2 years of pain and I'll fitting dentures..I had to insist they replace the lower denture after it was not much else to take off of it in an effort to make it work I did request the upper denture be replaced as well because there been so many adjustments to it and I was told no , I paid over $1,000 for the upper denture it should fit properly here I am today almost 2 years later now my upper denture fits so bad I have sores I need to go without them several days in a row before we put putting them back in. He has refused to redo my upper denture even though they've been adjusted numerous times. I find his office staff very nice and trying to be accommodating but when I ask the doctor if possibly putting in an implant that was equal in size to the other one that he put in the about bit my head off and told me he knew what he was doing that was the last time I went to the office I'm going to have to seek another dentist and pay again for the job to be done properly. Save yourself a lot of time and trouble she was someone else a professional a specialist to do your implants not someone who took a weekend course. Almost forgot to mention doesn't make one feel very good when they're putting the implants in your mouth to hear the doctor tell the assistant who is doing the work on one side of your mouth that's okay it should be alright it should work it hasn't yet.

I came in for a few specific…read moreteeth to be worked on, and he (the dentist) came up with a plan for me for them, and explained how everything would work for the next appointments. The bill was outrageously high, so I had to wait for insurance to hit; which ultimately didn't cover anything anyways. When I finally came in to get those teeth done that we had an ENTIRE PLAN for, I was gaslit by this same dentist who was now saying that he "didn't agree to the bottom ones" I needed, and actually instead I needed to work on random other ones in the back. I was frustrated, but thought that maybe I'd somehow misunderstood the first appointment, and maybe I really did need to get the back ones suddenly filled? I went to the next appointment however excited to finally get the main two teeth I'd come in for worked on, just like he said we would do the first appointment- and after I was laid down I was once again gaslit by this same man who was now saying he "never said anything about those teeth, he needed to work on some back ones instead" (how would I know what the plan was for those original teeth I CAME IN FOR when I don't study teeth to know the terms he had given on what they would be needing ??lol. ) He would not work on the teeth I went through all of this entire hassle and outrageous bills for. I ended up getting a GIANT bill to work on teeth that we NEVER addressed prior, and somehow- all of these differing plans were based off the exact same X-rays that were taken on the first day. How the plans kept changing based on one X-ray is insane. My teeth hurt worse than ever, nothing I came in for originally was worked on, I was literally being gaslit by this "professional" dentist (who raised his voice at me for getting frustrated). To say that I am unhappy is an understatement. Do not trust this place. I would like to report them.
