Lisa M Zervas. I won't even give a star to this doctor who was recommended to me for 2 years of…read moreloss of taste and smell for 2 years not from Covid! He gave me the rush job on my first visit as I explained my problem. When I asked a question he would give me very curt answers. He ordered tests of a ct scan of my sinuses and a barium swallow of my throat because I also had trouble swallowing. Had the tests called for the results said he'd call me with the results and never did. The receptionist was the only one who tried to help. Left a voicemail for his nurse never returned my call. After many attempts and complaints the receptionist had an assistant call me and said he sent a script for steroids for my sinus inflammation. I can't take steroids with my other meds and he should have known this. The doctor on call told me not to take it. The following week I had my follow up he said I had sinus issues and gave me a nasal spray to stop the runny nose which actually works. I'll give him that. Said I had reflux. But the worst was he said I might have had a virus not Covid that took away my taste and smell and I would never get it back. No hope. No more tests nothing. Referred me to a gastroenterologist. Well I got a second opinion from an amazing ent who recommended a hospital in Philadelphia who specializes in smell and taste disorders. I'm currently undergoing those tests. If I would have listened to Dr Bard who just dismissed my case I wouldn't have some hope. So if your looking for plastic surgery this is your office. If your looking for hope don't go to Dr Bard. He really doesn't care.

He performed surgery on my hand on 2/22 and was amazing. I am recovering nicely and his skill and medical artistry are clear and tangible. Thank you Dr, Lunt for your skill and healing touch. More songs to come. Dr. Lunt embodies the spirit of healing through his surgical artistry and skill. At Juilliard, when someone is a master at that level, they are called a Maestro. Thank you Maestro Dr. Lunt. I also have to say that the folks in the hand rehab area are absolutely amazing. They are caring, skilled, clear and efficient. They model what is possible in medicine when skill and caring join together to serve the patient. Stephanie, Nicole, Seda, and the whole staff are the best! With gratitude and appreciation, Rodney

Great so far. I've…read morehad two sessions and am suitably impressed with this provider. The therapy/program is suited to my problem, so I'm going to focus on what I liked about the way the facility is run. 1) Not pertinent for me, but easy to get in to, parking is not a fiasco -- this actually is a major afterthought for most places as they try to put in-group offices together. Instead, PT not requiring a drop off and long walk or not having to navigate a bunch of corridors is a pretty big deal. 2) I've been early both times and this place isn't overbooked. Overbooking is an increasing problem among specialties and there is less and less regard for the patient's time. They're busy here, but it's not slammed or over-crowded. Very big plus. 3) You can miss the turn in here, and even though it's a busy road, it's in a location that you have several choices of directions to come with, it's only a 1-on-1 road with good sized breakdown lanes All of the patients seem to value their time there, and everyone that works there seems to be doing what they want to do. Physical Therapy and recovery are a very personalized experience - that appears to be the top priority at Top Hat. If your injury or problem has been particularly discouraging or draining, this is a really big deal an I recommend them highly.

The entire staff are all very friendly, caring and highly qualified at what they do. The office is very clean and everything is in its place. I never felt rushed or ignored. I really felt that they take their patients' needs as priority. (I am hopeful that I will not be going back for some time.). But, if I need PT, that's where I would go. Continued success in all you do.

At the surgery, he again went over what was to transpire, and checked on me after in the hospital room, even though he had performed another surgery after mine. The end of last year, I herniated a disc in my lumbar spine and Dr. Sanderson exhausted all other options before he decided that surgery was necessary. The pain in my leg had progressed until I was unable to walk without a cane. Before I was taken into the OR, I told him that I wanted to be one of those people who wake up and are able to say that their leg pain was gone! Thanks to Dr. Sanderson and his amazing staff, I was fortunate enough to be one of those people. The care I received before my surgery, during my hospital stay, and my post-op care have been the best I've ever received! I had my surgery 7 weeks ago and I'm doing great! I also want to include Gina, Katie, Dr. Lebovitz, and the office staff in my thanks! They took great care of me! They all have my gratitude and I highly recommend Dr. Sanderson and the staff at Elite Brain & Spine! 5 Stars for sure!
