Mark proceeded to go for the deposition as scheduled but wouldn't you know there was no court reporter or anyone from the defendants side. There was no communication for a while until I was finally fed up and sent a letter to him pertaining to his actions and intent for my case. July 2018 I finally heard from him explaining his poor performance. He refunded my money but here it is almost two years since I hired him and I'm in limbo waiting to receive all the documents related to my case. I would not recommend this attorney to anyone.
