I've had to see Dr. Martens, Dr. Fiore, and also saw Dr. Kirshenbaum when I was in the ER. I was sent to these doctors at the recommendation of my PCP, who I trust. They have all been kind, thoughtful, and helped me when I was ill. The wait on the phones used to be pretty long, but seems better recently. Looks like a lot of other reviews are about phone issues, so maybe that's not as big of a problem now. I get all my care from Beth Israel doctors in Boston or at Milton and have been happy with my care at both places.

Dr. Cuchural is an infectious diseases doctor and also a primary care doctor. I have been a medical puzzle for years and Dr. Cuchural found things that other doctors haven't even heard of let alone tested me for! I am so thankful to have answers. Dr. Cuchural often works very late into the night because unlike other doctors, he spends as much time with a patient as he or she needs. He doesn't rush or cut appointments short and genuinely cares for his patients. If you stump him with a question, he will pull all of his electronic gadgets out and look up the answer for you. He fits patients in last minute even if it means he has to stay even later. He has the most wonderful bedside manner, which is imperative to me because I have severe anxiety. Julie, the nurse, is just as amazing. She is has a dry sense of humor and is absolutely hysterical, which helps when I'm feeling particularly anxious or overwhelemed from medical issues. I have literally walked in there crying many times and come out smiling. It's always a pleasure seeing her. I feel incredibly blessed to have been referred to Dr. Cuchural's office and hope that this review reaches someone else he may be able to help.

He was finally the 5th doctor I met with who could get this fragment out!! The first surgery with a dif doctor had complications and had to go in laparoscopic. Dr. Atkins did the surgery months later in under half hour. I was in and out of the hospital in a few hours. So thankful for getting referred to him. He was very knowledgeable and confident and made me feel comfortable the whole time. I can't thank him enough! So thankful my nightmare IUD experience that has been going on for 8 months is over thanks to Dr. Atkins!

They're really good about getting you seen as fast as possible. I was there on a Thursday for "fast care" - definitely had conjunctivitis and wanted an RSV test because my son was in the hospital with that and I was at his bedside. 2.5 hour wait - but they told you that when checking in. They let me wait in my car which I appreciated - no dealing with people who blast stuff from their phone without headphones. I had prescriptions in to my pharmacy and was on my way about 15 minutes post being seen. (No RSV for me. Hurray!!!) Next door to the fast care building, there is also a blood test lab and X Rays. Those are normal business hours but much more convenient than trekking into Boston from the South Shore. Have used those services for myself and my 6 year old daughter.
