They have one number for the state. You listen to the menu options and then choose your location. For me, DFW is where I needed service. At the moment DFW only has one technician performing the EMG nerve test. This individual has to drive all over the metroplex to offer the procedure. I was unable to book one of the just three appointments for the facility in Plano, so I ended up driving to the facility in Prosper instead. It was definitely out of my way and cost me time and money (I took the tollway) to get there. The facility was easy to find and there was plenty of parking. No one was at the front desk when I entered and it took at least ten minutes before a staff member showed up to greet me. There was no option to ring a bell or sign a clipboard, so I stood waiting at the front desk the entire time. Thankfully I had completed all of the pre-task paperwork online and in advance of the appointment. The front desk person finally showed up and invited me to sit down. Shortly afterwards, the technician invited me to a really large room where my appointment took place. Despite my apprehension about the procedure and negative mood, the technician was very cordial, professional, and helped put me at ease. He explained what was going to happen, had me sign some paperwork, asked me if I preferred to lie down or sit upright for the test, and then had me communicate with the billing office through Houston to pay. Regarding payment, the company had sent me an email invoice earlier to pay, but I didn't because it was one lump sum. I had previously been told that the expensive procedure could be broken down into three, interest-free payments. One payment would be due before the procedure got started and the other two payments would be due in the following months. Upon discussing this on the phone, the billing department sent me a new invoice via email with the three payment option available. I was able to make the payment online without having to orally give anyone my credit card number. The EMG nerve test consists of several procedures. The first was electrical impulses sent through my nerve system in targeted areas. It reminded me of the old knee-jerk test that physicians used to do back in the day to check your reflexes. However this test is digital and internal. The electrical pulse sent through my system often generated a knee-jerk reaction from my fingers and arm. The pulse felt like someone snapping a rubber band against my skin. It wasn't pleasant, but it was tolerable, and the pulses only lasted a few seconds. The second part of the test involved sticking needles in me in various parts of my body. The needles were a little longer than acupuncture needles and on par with them when inserted into my muscles. I was then directed to contract or relax a specific muscle by pressing against and using gentle force against the hand or arm of the technician. There was no pain, but I did feel the needle inserted multiple times and in multiple spots. I was able to complete the EMG within the hour. The test results will take nearly five business days, but I'll be happy to know what the results are. My orthopedic will go over the results via a tele health call a few days after the test. The company is very efficient with their resources and seems to have a working business model. I do wish that there were more appointments available in the City of Richardson and possibly another technician on staff so that the one I saw wouldn't be so spread thin.

Over the next 15 minutes, three more people walked in. She sat there until 3:45 pm and finally asked the front desk if there was going to be a longer delay because she needed to get back to our kids. Only then was she told they were "running behind." They called her back about five minutes later, and a nurse took her to an exam room. She then sat there waiting for another 40 minutes with no update. At that point, after nearly an hour and a half since her scheduled time and still no doctor in sight, she walked out. She went to the receptionist, asked for a refund of the copay, and told her she had to leave. The receptionist did not apologize, did not explain anything, and basically had nothing to say. My wife was very disappointed and frankly felt disrespected. She did everything right: made an appointment, showed up on time, paid promptly, and still they showed zero regard for her time or her responsibilities as a parent. A simple phone call or text ahead of time to warn that they were running an hour and a half behind would have allowed her to reschedule instead of wasting her afternoon. It is hard not to wonder: if she had shown up an hour and a half late, would they have still seen her, or would they have charged her a no‑show fee without hesitation? She lost two hours of her day driving back and forth and sitting in their office, and never even saw a doctor. This experience left us frustrated, disappointed, and very unlikely to return or recommend this practice to anyone.

As a neurodivergent woman with multiple mental health issues, finding a medication balance has been a challenge but Dr. Thwaites has been very helpful and encouraging this whole time! She takes everything I say seriously and is willing to allow me to adjust my medications according to my suggestions to see if this new balance will work perfectly. My anxiety has completely vanished with my new medication balance that Dr. Thwaites and I came up with, now we just need to find the perfect balance with my other deficiencies. Because of Dr. Thwaites I can now sleep easily and relax without feeling stressed all day. She is the best doctor I've ever had!

Communication and follow-through were ongoing challenges. I frequently had to reach out for updates, and did not consistently receive visit summaries or clear next steps after appointments. Billing was also an issue. I had to dispute charges while the clinic was not yet open, and later received an invoice for April despite not agreeing to continue membership and without any direct communication. After I reached out to dispute it, the invoice was removed and my account was closed. While I appreciate that resolution, it only occurred after I escalated the issue. I had previously asked to be contacted when the clinic opened so we could schedule physicals for my entire family, but I was never called. Instead, a general email was sent, and no one followed up to coordinate care--yet billing still moved forward. In the final communication, the responsibility for the billing situation was placed on me, which did not reflect my experience of needing to repeatedly follow up and not receiving direct communication as requested. I enrolled because I was looking for a primary care provider for my entire family--someone accessible, organized, and able to support all of us, including my autistic child. Instead, the experience was stressful and required constant follow-up on my end, which added more work rather than support. At no point did I feel supported as a patient or as a customer. Thankfully, I have since found a new primary care provider for my family in McKinney. While it requires a longer drive and higher cost, the level of communication and service has made it worth it. Overall, the level of communication, follow-through, and customer experience did not align with what was initially presented. If you are considering this clinic, I would recommend ensuring all services, timelines, and communication expectations are clearly defined and understood before enrolling.

Well, it's usually the clinic I can be seen at same day and it's very close to my house, so while care has never been too high of quality here, being a busy mom, it usually suffices when I need a zpack or for minor issues. The provider saw me on Monday & told me to call back if I developed a fever. I did so I tried to call. The phone number listed was not the correct clinic, so I had to be rerouted. Twice. After 25 minutes on hold, I still did not get the correct location but the person who answered this time said they'd give the provider my message. 24 hours go by, no call back. I then get a text with a link for a follow up telehealth visit. So seeing as I'm sicker now, I take it. I wait for the visit the next day and log in. It is with a random provider at a different location and they apparently had no access to the provider's notes from Monday so it was like starting over. After me telling her how my symptoms have gotten worse, she informs me there's nothing she can do beyond cough medicine (what?) and to schedule an in-person appointment. Super, super frustrating. I understand telehealth visits have limitations but there was zero effort to examine me virtually and felt almost as if she was just trying to rush me off the phone. I did not feel heard or well-cared for as I have in other telehealth appointments elsewhere. There is a severe lack of quality of care here. They have clearly given up. Please do not waste your time or money at any of these branches. Legacy ER is next door and 100% the extra few bucks. Lesson learned!!

The lady that handles the insurance claims, is also the nurse prior to seeing the doctor. She gives major attitude and backtalks. She asked me the location of my Walgreens pharmacy. I told her on Midway. She said "ok" as if she knew which one. Never asked the address to confirm. After it was too late bc the doctor had already electronically sent the prescription, I find out she had sent to a Walgreens that doesnt even have Midway in its intersection. It's off Preston and Frankford. Had I not double checked, I would've never known where she sent it. After hours of not being able to get my prescription at my pharmacy, sick in bed, im told then i can just come get the written prescription. Which I had asked for, prior to leaving. Poor front staff can truly ruin it for doctors. Staff prior, was totally different. Also, front lobby, dirty. Not a single water bottle in the fridge for patients, unlike prior visit. TVs in there but all off. If it were just the doctor, id give higher
