As a first-time customer, this was extremely disappointing and frustrating. I specifically booked with Joel and arranged my schedule accordingly. Being notified only 35 minutes before the appointment that I would be seeing a different barber is unacceptable. If there are times when a barber is unavailable, those appointment slots should be blocked off in advance rather than being changed at the last minute. This experience has left a poor first impression of your barbershop.

Edit: Owner responded and didn't address the issue about the messed up buzz cut that left me with random long hairs in the front and back. Unsure why he decided to ignore that and double down, when he had the chance to fix the situation and at least ask if I'd like to come back to get it fixed. Interesting business tactic. I don't think I painted an unfair picture, I told the truth. The barber was a nice kid, but the shop has no prices listed, and the cut came out botched. Hard to say that's an unfair description. I think the comments from the owner on the bad reviews paint a perfect picture of the quality of shop this is.
