Path is an excellent tailor and great to work with…read more I made the terrible mistake of ordering a made-to-measure suit online (please, never do this), and Path rescued me. Faced with a suit that didn't fit me at all (seriously, it looked like suit-inspired pajamas on me), Path created something perfectly wearable. She took in the pants by several inches and completely reworked the jacket, taking in the sides, back, and sleeves and shortening the length. Path completely reworked this suit in less than a week and for an affordable price. I will be back there for all my future alteration needs. Which will be for clothes that I do NOT buy "made-to-measure" from the internet.

There's simply no substitute for hands-on demos and the expertise of folks who have been in the business for years. I replaced my 1980s-era machine with a modern Babylock, with all the bells and whistles (and very few features I *don't* need), and although it was a major purchase, not one regret! I spent quite a bit of time poking around, trying things out, and asking lots of questions. The owner couldn't have been more patient and helpful. Seriously, I don't think I could have purchased from a better vendor, online or off. Kudos to Rich's Sew & Vac--they are wonderful!

The dryers there have completely ruin some of my clothes by burning them or ripping them or both! There are also weird orange/brown stains on some of my towels that weren't there when I put them into the washer/dryer. Might be a rust stain? Not sure. I tried finding the attendant but she was no where to be found. 1 family was there using about 50% of the washers there and about 10 dryers as well. I only liked this place cause it was the only one listed to take credit cards but eh. Go somewhere else.
