The have a variety of non-alcoholic beverages like smoothies, juices, sodas and ice tea etc. They also have snacks including chocolate, potato chips, pre-packaged pastries, chewing gum, mentos and instant ramen noodles. They also have paper towels and toilet paper. In addition, they have generic brand iPhone chargers. I even saw a few sling bags and base ball caps. I met Pooja and her relative, Bob, both of whom were friendly and helpful, behind the counter.

It's clean, well-organized, and easy to spend some time wandering through. Overall, it's a convenient stop if you're already nearby and want to browse or pick up something small. But if I'm specifically planning a stationery or anime shopping trip, I'd go out of my way for the Manhattan location instead. Good for a casual visit, just not my first choice for a dedicated stationery run.

I arrived Wednesday evening to pick the prints and was told scornfully "I told you Thursday or Friday" . The man was not only wrong but very combative in his tone and language. I can understand if the prints were not made by the set pickup date but I can not understand the need to act defensively and the attempt to shift blame onto me, the paying client. The man told me I could come back Thursday and I asked if he was positive and he confirmed. He said he would text me when they were done and I left. I walked in Thursday afternoon and the man said "you're here to pick up the prints aren't you, I told you Thursday or Friday and that I would text you". He wasn't apologetic he was annoyed. I countered he confirmed they would be ready Thursday and he became even more argumentative and dismissive. Regardless of the pick up times that were argued, this is extremely poor customer service. I paid in advance for a service which was not rendered in the agreed upon timeframe and instead of being accommodating or at the least kind about it I was met with contempt and made to feel like I was an annoyance. This is inexcusable. Please do yourself a favor and avoid this place.

Once the invitations were sent, 8/93 invitations were incorrectly addressed with "Mr." and "Mrs.". When I called the owner, Ruth to ask about this, she shouted at me on the phone and refused to make the change, claiming it was my fault for this error. I am planning a wedding and had a faux pas with my invitations from another vendor. I needed printing immediately on my inner envelopes, but had a difficult paper material and color to print on. In a tizzy, I called SO many other printing companies, to which everyone said, "No, we can't help you," for one reason or another (they don't help with invites they didn't do...or can't print on that envelope, etc.). When I called Ruth, she was on her way out for a vacation. She said she didn't think she could print on my envelopes, but "come in and I'll give it a try - you seem stressed about this." I came in, she gave it her best, although we weren't actually able to print. This upcoming week, it is time to send out my 2nd round of invitations, so I reached back out to Ruth to help printing on my outer envelope. I only had just enough envelopes. She told me to come in and she would help. She took so much care to ensure she didn't create any errors with the envelopes I had and she did such a FANTASTIC job. I can't express my gratitude for her efforts throughout this process. Otherwise, her store is so cute and she has very nice cards, cardstock, and little nicknacks for gifts. I certainly would recommend Ruth for any invitation needs (including full set wedding invitations, and otherwise). She is just so accommodating and willing to help with her services. Thank you Ruth!
