When they returned my call at 5:15pm on 9/4, they told me they never placed the order for my flowers, seemed to have no recollection of my order, and told me flat out they could not get my flowers until after my wedding date. They confirmed they did have the paperwork for my order and they still had my emails, but they never marked down the date that the order was needed by. The person on the phone was not apologetic and did not offer any solutions whatsoever. In fact the exact words were, "I don't know what to tell you." We scrambled all night trying to find a shop that was even open and could get the white calla lilies we were hoping for in less than 24 hours. It was a true nightmare situation.
