I wasn't from the area but from the time we called, the service was extraordinary the owner Dave was able to help us the next day he fixed the issue with the boat and not only that he drove the boat back to us and helped put it in the slip, it truly felt like a family and he made us feel a part of the family if you need any boat repairs anything to do with your boat you need to reach out to this company. Explained the problem again, showed them the problems again, asked them to replace the ignition and the coosa board behind it. I got it back, coosa board replaced, ignition not touched, charged another $330.39. To fix what they didnt fix the first time I paid for. Then when I compained they said, "Bring it back in and we will fix it". Why so you can charge me another $750? What a scam.....They say theyre all about the customer, yeah, stealing there money.

I asked John if he had worked on Suzuki engines and he said yes. When he completed a standard gear…read moreoil change he did not inspect the lower drain plug for a gasket and per the diagram I gave him did not use a washer which was provided. This caused the gear oil to leak over my driveway. According to the dealer this is a standard practice to always use washers on all plugs on the lower unit. When asked to come back and fix the job despite paying him an additional 100 dollars. He refused. I would not recommend this mechanic on an outboard.
