What part of a 'RECHARGABLE BATTERY' is DISPOSABLE??? Then when I proved it wasn't the battery I was given this bull excuse that it wouldn't happen because there was a 'crack' in the side. The crack was in the enamel, not the framework. I dont know if you know this, but the force required to put a crack in steel 3mm thick would have mangled the framework completley, never mind leaving a crack in the frame. No it wont even turn on! at least the other battery would turn it on and once again no bloody phone number to make a complaint!

After today i cannot speak highly enough of Apple Milton Keynes and in particular Alex, who served my sister with courtesy, care and moved on the repair of her MacBook so swiftly and fully, that my sister was in tears. She had felt so let down, and she now felt like she had been heard and understood. the broken machine had caused her a lot of stress, as had being told she was responsible for problems when she wasn't (she did take responsibility for the one thing she had caused). i really want to thank and acknowledge Alex and the store for their assistance today. i assume from this that that there is a culture of great service to customers at this store.

Maybe I would give them 5 stars if not the experience after purchasing iPhone 4. After few visits in store and throughout the investigation they finally replaced my phone. If you can not make or take calls (freely) through your new Iphone who should find the reasons? It sounded a little bit funny when they asked me to take notes when the phone disconnects my calls - especially since I use this phone for business calls. So final rating is service - 3 shop - 5 .

I took my laptop in the morning and recieved a phone call 3 hours later with an update on what the problem was, how much it was going to cost and how long it would take. Firstly I would like to add that the cost of repair was extremely competitive (upon cost comparison with their competitors) and secondly, the turnaround time was quicker than they stated. My laptop came back shining and looking brand new. I have complete faith and confidence to go back to Computrix should any other issue occur. When I went in there recently they had patches of fake grass around that store which makes a nice change from your standard phone store. What I also like about this store is the fact that when you walk in you do not instantly get badgered and constantly asked by sales assistants can I help you a million times over, I really hate it when the sales men do this, so because of this reason this is by far the best store for that reason alone. You can buy phones from here for £20 up to the apple iphone, contract phones and pay as you go phones.
