SCAMMER ALERT!! Never thought I'd be writing this type of review in my life but here we are and I'm going to make sure I review it everywhere I can to save people the time, hassle and frustration of being scammed into unnecessary treatment plans and upselling of your "health". Number one this is technically a PAID REVIEW, I was offered $100 off my total cost if I reviewed them on yelp (verbatim from front desk) which is against this sites policies and any legitimate review sites policies. The staff (front desk, assistant etc) were all nice enough but I assume they are young/new to the work so they don't question too many of the businesses practices, as just like many of the other reviews, feels less than genuine care and service. Now on to the "doctor" Mustapha Mansuri. He was extremely impersonal, this was my first visit with him and I felt like a ATM in a chair. No real care or beside manner as he jammed the depth checking poker into my gums forcing them all to bleed (I've never had my pockets checked so rough). I was left gurgling a mouth full of blood as he continued poking around never once checking on me. Keep in mind I came in for one of my two FREE annual cleanings and did not receive one instead got upsold on a different treatment. The 2 hour appointment was spent selling me an extensive treatment I "needed" as I was told I have gum disease and poor dental hygiene. I have Invisalign, brush my teeth 5 times a day, floss twice a day and have weekly scans with 3 month visits. Most my orthodontist has said was I had mild plaque build up hence the cleaning. Good news is Dr. Matthew T. Colaizy at Groveland dental who has done my work for years got me in super quick to verify everything. He confirmed none of this was true, my pockets are slightly deeper around my extraction sites (typical and should close up when done with treatment). He was very gentle when checking, his assistant got me a very good cleaning and scheduled for my crown once my orthodontic treatment was done. The other guy wanted to ruin my set of aligners by pushing a crown on me right away. Lesson is DO YOUR RESEARCH!! If I had spent 20 minutes looking, it would have been clear the convenience of a quick booking isn't worth it and gone to a legit trustworthy office. I was in severe pain yesterday 10/10 pain level due to a tooth caused by my teeth clenching and I later find out will be needing root canal and called around and Richfield Dentistry put me down for a 3pm same day consultation but I needed more than that! After they saw my pain is 10/10 level they called me back to come in asap and I left my job 1pm to rush there. The pain I was in was insane and doctor Mansuri saw me and checked my tooth and the smallest touch caused me to tear up from the pain. Doctor Mansuri and his amazing team quickly numbed my tooth and worked me in to start a root canal and took massive pressure off my affected tooth a lot of puss came out of it! All the negative reviews were correct. I wish I would have checked instead of blindly making an appointment because I liked the feature of making appoints online. They upsell you. It's like going to an untrustworthy mechanic for your car. Listening to the rooms they are constantly pressuring them to buy more and more. They will get a payment plan for you if you can't afford this. In the end I spend an hour and half from what was suppose to be a routine teeth cleaning turned into them not cleaning my clean but busy trying to sell me on deep cleaning, crowns, special rates. They had $9000 worth of stuff that they would do charge me $1600. In the end I went to another dentist to get a second opinion. I am not sure the folks conducting the billing activities understand contractual agreements with payors or dental coverage, and they over estimate patient liable amounts, and it's a struggle with getting them to refund you. Now I need to have the root canal and crown redone and they are not standing by their work. They have no warranty on any of their services and if asked for some kind of discount they said no. DO NOT GO HERE! They will mess up your teeth and bleed your pockets dry! Literally the worst dentist experience I've ever had. Went for a routine cleaning where they told me I needed a crown and some fillings. They drilled into my teeth, one all the way down to the nerve for the crown, and then let me sit there for over 2 hours with my teeth just exposed. So obviously, I got an infection under my crown immediately, and now my tooth that wasn't cold, hot, or sweet sensitive, is now sensitive to ALL of those things and hurting all the time. As if them giving me an infection wasn't bad enough, after leaving my teeth completely rough from filling debris, one of my fillings fell out upon flossing it the following night. This office provides by far the shoddiest dental work MN has to offer. Dr. Parisis is an unprofessional quack, and should not be allowed to operate if this is the kind of care he gives. To boot, this all cost me upwards of a grand, far more money than they quoted me for, and they basically held me hostage there for over 4 hours because the doctor and technicians kept leaving the room for seemingly no reason. Been there quite a few times and if rating the front staff only I'd give all stars as they're great. The turnover is high and there's a big emphasis on selling crowns. I wish I had gone for a second opinion on one. Questionable quality with these in-house made crowns. The girls (all have been female) who bring you back for X-rays often "forget" the lead shield vest. I get it, they're digital xrays and the debate over radiation exposure is ongoing... for peace of mind, people want to wear these, and when they're there and not put on it seems sloppy at best and potentially dangerous even if the exposure is considered very low with the newer equipment. $59...lets just say this is an interesting place. I came in for the $59 deal that seems too good to be true...and that's exactly what it is. I was immediately given a tour of the facility after filling out the paperwork. Then 2 hours of X-rays and nonsense ensued. So in the 2 hours I was there I had still not been given the ONLY treatment I actually went there for, a teeth cleaning! What a waste of my time. Their staff/sales team was selling anything they could think of the entire time I was there. At the 1 hour point I honestly felt like I was at a Valvoline Instant oil change. You go in for an oil change and they try selling you everything else under the hood because it's apparently faulty. I continued to play the game the entire 2 hours sounding as interested as possible while never actually getting a teeth cleaning. I've had plenty of work done here and each person I've worked with has been friendly and good at what they do. Also, no pain! They are quick even with having a couple procedures done in one visit, including a crown can be fully done from beginning to end in one short visit. Dr. Perpich is friendly. I'll give him that. MINNESOTA nice. But I will NOT recommend him for his dentistry work. Here is why: He said I needed a crown. Great. I trust the experts. Do the work. I'll pay for the expensive Cerec crown. Same day? Great! I am a very busy person... Just make it happen and fix my cracked molar... Only the brand new Cerec crown that I paid a thousand+ USD out of pocket for (and a couple of sick days from work) resulted in an abscess tooth. It was infected. I could feel it. Building up. An angry infection building up pressure inside that man-made crown - with no where to go. Dr. Perpich would not admit I needed antibiotics until my 12th+ trip back. They knew me well by then. And were quiet to speak aloud about my concerns in front of new customers. My phone calls of symptoms were NOT on record. For two months he claimed I had to come back for "corrections to the bite" and that it was common. All during this two month period my tooth was not only sensitive to air but waking me up in the middle of the night with excruciating pain. Even my husband was seriously concerned. It was a pain that you can't help but cry at night wishing you had never trusted a dentist and had just pulled the tooth out yourself - kind of pain. Dr. Perpich was quick to prescribe pain meds, like that was going to fix the problem? I was already up to the maximum daily dosage of Advil to control the inflammation. I didn't need something to mask my problem and I refused the offers to refill. What I needed was For him to FIX it. And Dr. Perpich didn't until 2 months later... He said he "stands by his work" and that I needed a root canal. (No credits would be issued, so I couldn't take the money and run to a more credible D.D.S. So instead my best option was to pay hundreds more to his office for a root canal to end the misery.) The independent contractor (that comes only twice a month and budgets no more than an hour per patient) did the root canal to the best of his ability despite faulty equipment and many calls for staff's assistance. Afterward I asked him how he thought it went... he said in a less than confident voice "pretty well." And I am the sucker still paying $161/month for a root canal that went "pretty well" and yet, it is still NOT right... After all this, you would think Dr. Perpich himself would make the replacement crown - a chance to get it perfect the second time around? No. He let an assistant practice building my replacement crown. I had asked the assistant if he had had any experience...He said no! That replacement crown is permanently adhered to my molar making a nice neat pearly white cover up for the problems that lie underneath. 5 months later at my regular scheduled check up. "Everything looks good." Of course it does...eyeballing a pearly white cover up. But conveniently, Dr. Perpich did not request X-rays. Didn't he want to know the truth? This shows how much he really cares for his patient's health. I am not one to complain. Really. Check my other yelp reviews. While sitting in that chair I needed to tell Dr. Perpich that my tooth was still not right. I took a deep breath and before I could say "I am having pain on that replacement crown when I bite down", he put words in my mouth and said (for the record) that the "tooth has calmed down". Aren't doctors supposed to listen to their patients? There has to be a dentist out there that is looking out for the best interest of the patient and not the best interest of the pocketbook. I disagree with Richfield Dentistry's business practices and warn anyone who needs major dental work done to go elsewhere. I would welcome any recommendations. Some of you may think I have a legal case here, but I don't. You sign many waivers at Richfield Dentistry, releasing them from any wrong-doing and you cannot even see what you are signing because it is only on the reception's staff computer screen. Unless they turn the screen around or you ask them to print it out, there is no opportunity to review before signing the documents. I told them that I wanted to be able to write a glowing review after all was said and finally done right....But I cannot honestly do that. I do not want what happened to me to happen to anyone else. I had such a fantastic experience at Richfield Dentistry! Everyone here is so nice and upbeat and the office is clean and new and beautiful! My favorite part about my experience is that they got me in on SUPER short notice. I was having some extreme jaw pain and my dentist in highland park couldn't get me in to even take a look for at least 5 days. I had a feeling that my wisdom teeth might have been causing the pain, and it wasn't something that could go another 5 days without being checked out. I remembered seeing Richfield Dentistry when I was shopping at Target and decided to give them a call. They luckily got me in the very next day! I'm not too good with names, but everyone I met there was super nice and very upbeat, just a great atmosphere. Dr. Perpich was the dentist I had and he was very personable and knowledgable. I had x-rays done by the blonde assistant (I can't remember her name but she was so much fun, definitely my favorite!), and also assisted the hygienist in evaluating my gums and gave me a fluoride treatment as well. Dr. Perpich confirmed my suspicions of my wisdom teeth coming in, and referred me to an oral surgeon since they don't currently have one at their office yet. The receptionists (also super friendly and helpful) also forwarded the X-rays that had just been taken on to the oral surgeon as well, so hopefully I will be on my way to getting my wisdom teeth out very soon! All in all it was a fantastic experience with great people that are sure to put you at ease and make going to the dentist an enjoyable experience! And with such a convenient location and beautiful ( and super high tech) space, I'm sure they'll have plenty if happy patients! read more

BIGGEST SCAM! I did the 59.99 first time cleaning. The x ray tech was amazing....then things took a turn. They tried to pressure me into three grand of cleaning. A finance guy actually came into the room I was suppose to get a cleaning in to give me the pitch. It all felt very slimy. Another tech came in and literally said "well it's not even worth getting a regular cleaning" then spent a total of five minutes doing the actual cleaning I was paying for, most of which was spent scraping the same spot over and over leaving a rough patch on my tooth. I don't normally write reviews but feel in this case I must. I got a crown put in 2016 by Dr. Perpich which unfortunately fell out last night. I called this morning they saw me within an hour. There was no judgement about the long time since I had been in or blame about it falling out, he just said that since it had been less than 5 years he would replace the crown for free. I did have to pay for a new post to be put it since the old one came out with the crown but overall the expense was minimal. I would highly recommend to anyone who asks because I appreciate someone who stands by their work! read more

Both my wife and I have gone to this dentist a few times, it seem like we are dealing with used car salesmen rather then dentist professionals. They have tried the same scam in both of us. Clean, 6 months later clean then next time you need a deep cleaning for $1600, and don't even clean your teeth. We would not recommend these guys. We went to another dentist and they told us the procedure they recommended was not necessary. Dr. Perpich is a wonderful man. He genuinely cares about his patients. He has set up an "all-in-one" clinic where one can have oral surgery, or a complete crown in a matter of hours. He is not only personable, but extremely skilled. He has completely transformed the mouths of two of my friends and given them smiles to be proud of, an incredible change! They will ONLY go to him! I am super happy with this office. I see Dr. Perpich, and he is perhaps the kindest, friendliest doctor/dentist I've ever seen. I am a dental phobe, and he makes me feel so comfortable and also GOOD about my teeth, which is new to me as I have had a ton of dental work in the past due to avoiding dentists for far too long. Hearing positive things about my mouth is SUCH a relief. The office is new and updated, and the technology is superb. I had a Cerec crown and it took an hour and I had no pain, not even from the novocaine! I watched DirectTv from my chair while I waited for the crown to be completed. The only downside is you have to pay the day of any procedure (even before it begins), which I didn't have to do at my last dentist. However, they are so great, it's worth it. I highly recommend Dr. Perpich, especially for others who hate going to the dentist. read more

I was traveling over 30 minutes to get my teeth cleaned and when I saw this dentistry opening right next to Target, I didn't think it could get much better. Once I got inside, the receptionist greeted me and was very knowledgeable. I was only waiting a few minutes when the dentist came to greet me and showed me around the office. Now to the best part, during the x-rays I was able to see them on the computer screen (how cool is that?) and the dentist's assistant was as sweet and personable as can be. I went there in need of a good cleaning and instead, I wasted 2 hours of my time sitting in the chair and getting xrays taken and asked a million of questions, no cleaning was performed (doctor pretended to do a few scrapes and then, in 2 minuted, he was done). After he was done, a nice receptionist brought me a treatment plan where she informed me that I ABSOLUTELY need to spend $600 on the deep cleaning because my gums were in such bad shape. I spoke with Jessica on the phone to set up my visit; she was kind, compassionate and knowledgeable. I was early for my appointment, but was immediately met by Dr. Perpich, who was professional, yet very personable and comforting. Nicole (dental assistant) was amazing - efficient and considerate during the X-rays. She then stayed with me pretty much throughout my appointment; I have never experienced such a competent and friendly person during a dental visit. I called as a new patient coming in and got an appointment in less than an hour. I had a root exposed on a tooth that apparently lost a filling. They were able to fill the tooth in my initial appointment, plus I got my teeth cleaned and x-rays taken. It's probably been over 5 yrs. since I have seen a dentist (can you tell I really love dentists?), and no one said anything about how long it had been, which was great!
