I'd give it a solid 3.5 stars. Pretty fun actually and relieved a bit of stress every time I…read moresmashed a bottle. A bit pricey though in my opinion. The girl at the front desk speaks Mandarin and decent English. They have a couple different rooms and you have to sign a waiver before going in. They need your ID (driver license or passport) normally waivers only ask your age (maybe birth date), name, cell, email, etc. but not necessarily an ID number. Felt a bit odd but it's alright, however, the had another opinion (example) as your ID..they asked your SIN. WHAT??!!! Who asks that? That's illegal. Unless employed or tax return, NO ONE not even job interviews or school can ask you for such information. I was skeptics and didn't sign the waiver until I get there. They are pretty lax when explaining about the waiver (actually they didn't explain at all, just said read this through ok fill it out and walked away) not rude but could be a bit more welcoming for sure. Due to Covid they are "out of items" except bottles. Fun and a decent little workout but a bit disappointed that they have nothing but bottles. I mean if you are still opened, you should still have some options. You pay $10 per person going in then you pay whatever you're bringing in or buy from them to smash. Price varies. Take about 30mins and ended pretty fast. I'm guess each "$10" is 30mins? If you finish before 30mins and want more bottles, you can go to the front desk to purchase more. Washroom is decently clean but super dark (everywhere is dark) black walls, some lights not working, and one stall wasn't work either (meaning only one stall left. Parking lot right outside though. I'd say it's really fun but with the distance, price, and the fact that's there's only bottles..I might go there after a long while. Definitely not a place I'd go often or recommend to everyone.

And I obviously wasn't expecting it to be super nice for a warehouse to break things, but even the washrooms weren't clean and didn't have toilet paper, etc. There was unfortunately only one person at the desk and they also run a photography business, so even though we made a reservation, we still had to wait almost 40 minutes after our start time. They gave us an extra keyboard to smash due to the delay. The PPE wasn't very protective I'd suggest wearing thicker shoes/boots. I'm still giving it three stars since it is a great idea and the price was fair due to the groupon, but I wouldn't come back to pay full price.

There were only two of us, but we do a lot of escape rooms, so it seemed okay for us to do. There were only two people staffed, and I think one left while we were in the room. The room was really fun, and the mechanisms quite cool! I do love an escape room that has a lot of gadgety-tech things instead of key locks. (This place specializes in electronics and magnets, it seems.) Because the rest of the rooms were still empty and it was still a couple hours prior to closing and we had no other plans AND this escape room was SO cheap esp compared to the ones in SF/Seattle... we decided to just also do the other two rooms XD Both were also very fun! The sacred treasure (? the japanese themed one) had an Extremely Extra mechanism in it. I think the only puzzle(s) I didn't like in the place were a dexterity game (partner had to do it) in the Japanese room and a similar electronic game in the Mayan room. Everything else was very fun to do/interact with. I'd recommend this place for sure! They have some parking out front, which is quite convenient. The staff was super friendly. When we asked about the two hint rule, they did say they weren't all that serious about it. (We didn't use them, but it's good to know!)

It was super easy to book one of the escape rooms through the website and you don't have to pay in advance. It was also easy to get to the building and they have a parking lot in front. We were originally going to do "Sacred Treasure", but something was wrong with the room, so we switched to "The Prophecy" instead. The owner was our guide and he explained the rules to us. He also did a great job of checking in on us during the game and giving us hints. We enjoyed our experience so much that we immediately did another room, "Sorcerer's Quest". In the end, I preferred "Sacred Treasure", but both rooms were good. We attempted both rooms with only two people. We needed extra time in order to finish, but I bet a group with more people could escape in time. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience I would recommend this place to others.

The coveralls do a pretty good job of offering protection with the full neck coverage. We had a quick safety lesson then set off in the arena in timed games. I liked the variety of building and obstacles. After a few games, we took a quick brake to top off the air canisters and back in. We had the arena to ourselves for 2 hours till another group came in. And 2 hours was enough. It was a great adventure experience and all in our group enjoyed themselves. My only negative comment is that there is so much remains from the paint balls that you sometimes feel the paint remains when you are leaning on a wall or holding it for balance. Not sure if this can be cleaned off. It was a positive experience and happy to recommend Richmond Indoor Paintball.

The arena you play in - it's pretty great. But the rest of the place is a total disappointment. Staff was obnoxious and rude. Yelling and screaming and threatening everyone. Could tell all they wanted was to leave. Extremely unprofessional. ( mainly the kid with the bandana tied around his head and the girl passing out gear and reffing the game..... so rude. so obnoxious) Trash Talking all the players who paid to be there " this group is shit " " these fuckers suck " " what a bunch of losers" We paid good money to be there and we're treated like absolute crap. The gear was filthy and disgusting. Everything is totally tattered and broken. Can barely seee out of the masks they are so scratched and filthy. The establishment itself was disgustingly filthy. Like it had never ever been swept or mopped - dusted or any type of cleaning. If you want to be sure to be immune to almost anything - use the bathroom. In our opinion , paintball was a blast but do not waste your time or money at this place unless you enjoy being treated like shit while throwing your hard earned money away. We would have left instantly but had kids with us that had their hearts set on playing. WE DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE.

There is a lot of gear to put on, and since it's 30 minutes from the time you enter the room, all 4-5 staff members come in to help to get stuff on quickly. The fan effects were cool and the kids were really immersed in the experience. Will be back! Suggestions - start the 30 minutes from the time the game starts rather than when we enter the room and have to get all the gear on. The kids wanted more time. We arrived early but the overall game experience was probably 20 minutes. - Try to put other groups in farther away rooms if possible. We can hear the screams from next door.

We got sensors on our left and right wrists, and ankles. For those that had glasses, we had to were the googles over our glasses which we were advised could interfere with some of the sensors in the eyes but overall, they were fine. Although we put them in place at the outset, all those with glasses all agreed that the googles still moved regardless of how tight we had them. Overall though, the googles didn't interfere too much with the game. For those familiar with Squid Game, it followed a similar pattern where we played group games to win individual points. It was a really fun theme, especially for those of us that don't like zombie pop ups. Lots of feet and hand movements. We really appreciated that right after the game is over, they led us to the back to show us three clips about our experience. The clip was also emailed directly to us right away. A really fun activity with a group. Would definitely do this again, and... perhaps won't be so nice with sharing info about certain aspects. Every man for themselves right?
