Not cheap as it's about $25.00/session to play - Expensive court rentals ($134.24/hr) unless booked last minute or at odd times ($59.41/hr) The only indoor place to play beach volleyball but be prepared to pay for it.

The pricing wasn't clear online so I had to call ahead of doing the online reservation myself. The online price for the court time for 8+ is the fee set for 8 players. While you can have more players on your court (which makes it great to not have to have finalized group numbers until the day of), the website wasn't clear that basically for anything more than 8, the additional players just had to pay in person instead of online. It would have been easier if the website outlined that the court is meant for x number of players to y number of players and the fee is simply for 8 people. Our group ended up having more than 8 players so we paid for the additional players at the end of our session however staff advised that the in person pricing was actually a few dollars cheaper than the online booking as you're also paying online service fees. They advised that you can simply call in to make a reservation too and staff would just take a credit card deposit for 4 players worth so that would have been a good tip to know when I called in initially..... No one in our group has tried archery tag before. Overall, we had a good and fun experience. All the protective gear is provided and the staff also utilized the first portion of the reservation to teach you and let you practice using the bow and arrow and shooting targets. Since the courts are "beaches", no shoes and socks were allowed. There was a feet washing station so crocs and a towel to dry your feet would've been good items to bring. There's a lot of running around during the game but there's a break between each game. Be sure to bring water otherwise they do offer drinks and food as well.

I hope my lengthy review will entice you to try at least one and to let you friends and family members know. Of course, any events like these, please take safety precautions. From the outside, does not clearly say NINJA TAG, it says TAG, but the door says the entrance on the other side that says to use the new entrance around the West side of the building. When you enter you would be greeted by the front desk to fill out a paper waiver. Normally it would be a digital waiver on the screen, but the program isn't working at the time I went. One game is $10.00 and you have 10 minutes to complete the recorded game stats. But you can stay longer to just practice after your scheduled time. I stayed like 2 hours there and continuously played the different stations. They require you to purchase the non-slip socks that you wear when playing. It is an additional $3.00. And unfortunately you cannot wear your own non-slip socks from other events, it has to be the ones they provide. Plus they also get you to purchase a wristband which is another few dollars. Overall it was around $18.00 for this activity. The wristband can be reused, but I forgot to ask if you could reuse the same Ninja Tag socks. They have bins off to the side of the counter to store you clothes and shoes. For safety and security reasons, you can store your valuables like phone/keys/wallets behind their customer service desk. After playing for 2 hours, I found the stations fun and some challenging. Everything inside is very well lit with red and it feels like you are in a dangerous warzone of entertainment. The most fun station would have to be the very first station because you get to run up a sliding hill and the goal is to TAG with you wrist the colors. There are 5 levels of different colors and if I recall correctly, I was able to get to the 3rd color BLUE. Please make sure after you have tagged the color to go down the hill like a slide on your back and arms in the air or close to your chest. Avoid the elbows and knees touching the slippery floor, you can skin your human skin. I did this slide multiple times and skinned my right knee. It feels like a bruise but after a few days, my knee aches to walk. I have been applying Polysporin a medical cream every day to speed heal the skin. It seems to be working, but still very painful.

For the most part, I really like the systems here that made the party run fairly smoothly. Our party host staffer (didn't catch her name but she had the coolest purple shoes) was super helpful in distributing food, assisting with cake cutting, refilling pitchers, quickly cleaning up after spills and proactively dealing with cupcake leftovers being put in the fridge. Three things I'd maybe suggest could run differently: 1) have coloured wristbands assigned to party rooms so that you can tell instantly who belongs to your party group. Like at one point, we had a random little girl asking for tokens from our party host, and then a little boy just sat himself down at our party table eating food and blending in until our host mom said, "Who is this kid??" And then a minute later his mom found him! The parents thought it was hilarious. The staff also have neon shirts so maybe you can match party host to wristband colours. If this system already exists, I didn't notice and only thought of it now. 2) For bumper car passes and tokens, it would be good if birthday party kids got an allotment with their socks at the start when you sign in at the front desk. The less that parent hosts have to worry about, the better. The thing where each kid signs in and chooses hot dog or pizza is fantastic. Our host mom thought she'd have to take care of that and was relieved not to. 3) For saying goodbye and around retrieving their shoes, that could be the time and location that party hosts can give out their goodie bags. It's just a little awkward that there's no specific place to do that. I appreciated not having to sign a waiver but that's probably not the greatest for the establishment's purposes. I also appreciated not having to pay entry fee as an adult even though I was prepared to pay. But then again, encouraging parents to stay without charging them means they're okay with waiting around for their kid, being around to supervise as opposed to dropping off and leaving, and like one parent I saw, will buy food. Overall, the place seemed clean and with good air flow. The play area is large and there was a garage door open so I felt safe enough not to have to wear a mask which I really liked. The party rooms are large with high ceilings. I usually wear a mask in the classroom because of a low ceiling. It was about half full and there was lots of space for parents to gather at tables and hang out to wait for their kids. First time trying it and did really well even from the start. Some find it easy some find it a bit tough at first (like my partner) but eventually you get a hang of it pretty fast. The underhand throw was extremely difficult though. My partner got a few times at the end but I gave up. Fun to test your aim skills and strength. It the ax does seem to go in and stick to the wood (just falls right off even though it seems like it should go in) try spray water (wood might be too dry) especially with Covid the usually have the doors open. If it bounces off, that just means you might have to adjust yourself (usually step a step backwards but it depends). Would definitely come back and highly recommend!!
