I find their estheticians very friendly, although I've had a different one each time, and their staff very accommodating. While atmosphere is pretty comfortably generic, they do offer some high quality coffee while you wait. The rooms are nice and clean and everything feels very hygienic. I have been back to New Look Laser now 4 times and have just booked my 5th appointment. I have seen a drastic reduction in hair growth on my lasered area and have just started lasering a new area (underarms, oh please let me stop shaving...) so let's hope this will work here too! This is the first lasering I've ever had done and am happy with the results so far. I would now recommend this location to friends and to other Yelpers. It's very modern/earthy/chic (eg. white walls, natural plants)- and definitely feels very calming and relaxing. I booked my appointment with Lisa Liang for a La Cachette Signature Facial, and she was very sweet and patient as she walked me through what to expect. Bonus: The washroom are gorgeously decorated as well, and very very clean. The facial lasts a full 1 hour and 15mins or so. The rooms have soft ambient music playing, and the heavy sheets are super super comfortable - you could easily take a nap! I'm not well versed in their products, but various cleansers, exfoliant and peels are gently massaged into my face. Mines ended with a cold jelly mask thing. They use a lot of G.M. Collin skincare products (I also got 2 samples on my way out). My favourite part was starting and ending with a deep breathing exercise with essential oils, and also a little face/head massage at the end.
