The location don't have a designated parking lot so it's street parking but a lot of the spots are permit only. The building looks like an apartment and not a new faciat all. They have a code toget in so only clients for this building can enter. The office itself is tiny so DO NOT BRING FRIENDS here. They do say that in every confirmation email when booking. They are a very nice friendly owner and very knowledgeable on their work. They do different things here from doing a facial lift to shaving off your unwanted cellulite (non invase, of course). The service was dis-organized and they aren't very good with answering / returning calls. Near the end of my multiple sessions, they did end up improving a bit so hopefully they continue to get better. The end result is ok but I have a slight discoloration on my arm that is about 1 cm long. Not too bad, but it shouldn't have happened. I now have a slightly less hair on my arm, but I don't think it's worth it.

I find their estheticians very friendly, although I've had a different one each time, and their staff very accommodating. While atmosphere is pretty comfortably generic, they do offer some high quality coffee while you wait. The rooms are nice and clean and everything feels very hygienic. I have been back to New Look Laser now 4 times and have just booked my 5th appointment. I have seen a drastic reduction in hair growth on my lasered area and have just started lasering a new area (underarms, oh please let me stop shaving...) so let's hope this will work here too!
