Rooterman showed up at the time scheduled and diagnosed our plumbing drain line problem. They installed a new clean out and jetted the pipe, then showed me the pipes via the camera they use to check everything out in the pipes. I was very happy with their service and highly recommend!

He claimed he couldn't do the job because I have a broken pipe under the house and I need major work done which he proceeded to schedule later in the week. Reynolds Plumbing sent Jim and Sam over to check out the problem. They arrived when they said they would. They were very friendly. They looked at the pipes under the house and said there was no problem! Then they fixed my original issue (kitchen sink draining slowly) and gave me pointers on garbage disposal use. I spoke with Doug Mikesell at Reynolds about the pros/cons of fixing it vs. installing a new heat pump/hybrid water heater. I opted to fix the old one until other needed house repairs are done. The tech, Michael, arrived exactly on time. He not only fixed the water heater, but cleaned up and rewound the hose I'd use to drain it. A very polite and knowledgeable young man. Reynolds was a very positive experience from start to finish, and the rate was extremely reasonable.
